  Excellent customer service by Chris ! He had answered my call 1 minute before after hours and he took his time to hear my pet’s grooming situation. I will be considering to add my pet to be a new patient here . Thank you Chris for answering my questions. I appreciate the recommendation of optimum wellness plan .
