I walked in and saw a few items I wanted to look closely that was locked in a glass display. As I thought the employee was going to come and assist, she escorted me out to the clothing store next door. I was left utterly confused on what had just happened. I think she picks and chooses who she wants to provide customer service to. Never experienced anything like this before.

They sell very pretty clothes and shoes but the quality is so trash. I paid 300 for a cashmere sweater for my mom and she wore it once and the sweater is already fraying. Don't waste your money.

The employees are very supportive and friendly. They are always smiling and never forget to assist you if you are looking for something in particular. Overall, the shop is filled with positivity and enjoyment. You'll want to visit this place again!!

I had a great experience at the store today. The customer service was excellent. They provide complementary cold ice tea while you browse their collection. The styles of clothing are diverse for all ages. If you like Korean fashion this is a perfect place to shop!

Hopfully Sale ! Still they haven't apologized to customer's to what they've been done. Hopefully they know what they are doing and figure it out what is priority for business and what is most important. They need put everything on "Sale"for 1$. SALE for 1$, or give a way for free .
