I usually get great service when I visit this store for my car care needs. Especially during the day when I get help from Marco, then I get 5-star service, he is very knowledgeable about car are, I appreciate his honest and kind advice every time I visit.

Eric Fields was incredibly helpful and friendly helping me when they didn’t have the oil I was looking for. This is the only Advance I will go to in the area because the staff is so caring.

I got a faulty battery, and when I came to return it, the manager James insisted they keep it overnight for a charge. It worked one time and then would not work again. I came back to the store a third time and they would not refund me or exchange for a new battery. I won’t come back for some time.

I have a really bad experience with Jame K. He says that he is the manager, he sold me the wrong lug nut for my car, i am not mechanic, i showed him the damage one and he said that they are the same, from the beginning he was speaking in his cellphone and he never paid attention to whatever i was saying, he is mean, poor quality of person, i never recommend to go with that guy, he doesn't mind if you have a question.

Great service and expertise from Marco.Tuesday morning, I came out of Gold's Gym and my key came apart when I tried to open my door with it(battery has been dead for a while so I always have to insert it into keyhole and turn).I tried to start my car with just the metal part, and the car didn't start completely and just went off, and my alarm came on. I got it to stop after a couple of minutes.When I came in, I showed my key to Marco, right at the front. He knew what to do, right away, and went ahead and brought a battery(I bought it), and he went ahead and installed it in my key right at the register. He even went to look for a small nail(mine had come out, which I hadn't even noticed) to put in the key. He unfortunately did not have one in the store, but directed me to Dollar Tree. He had a smile on his face, as he finished helping me, as I left. Great service.

They installed the windshield wipers for me, which was a great help, especially since it seems like every set of wipers is different.

I gave the guy my car year, model and everything, i am not a mechanic, i ask for a lug nut, and i bought 2, but i just needed 1, the he was speaking in the phone with someone and he never put attention to me, he gave me the lug nut i show him the one i had from my car and he says it is ok, i install it in the tire with a wrench and i feel that it is to tight to maje it short, the lug nut never came out from the screw and it had to be cut to remove the lug nut, it was a different model.When i came to refund it he says that there is no refund because it was used, and i told him in a good way that his lug nut damaged my car and i just want my money for the lug nut back and he told me that i was stupid and he is not giving me money back and he is smarter than me, i told him that i want a manager and he told me that he was the manager, then i left very mad and i will never recommend this place, not even to my enemies.

First off very kind staff. They certainly know what they're doing. That's reassuring, whether you're getting a new battery or windshield wipers. For more experienced car aficionados, they have motor oil and parts. With my newer truck, the days of a couple wrenches is over. Tis a shame, but to those who have the computer skills and mechanical toys, you should find what you're looking for. Price wise they are average. Other places like Walmart can be more competitive. Getting in and out of here can be challenging, due to traffic in the area. It's a decent store. Kudos for their cleanliness, and accessories like floor mats and steering wheel covers. Unfortunately a lot of accessories can be purchased online for less. That being said folks here are honest.

I had a bad experience returning an item at this location. The staff was friendly and professional, but the manager was downright confrontational and assumed an accusatory behavior right from the beginning of the conversation.

6/26/22 Nearly ever time I go to an Advanced Auto Part, the tools and merchandise are normally great, but the staff members aren't inclined to say hello or welcome you to the store 99% of the time. How about those one percenters Today I saw merchandise for The Thin Blue Line and thought about people of have no police affiliation to law enforcement backing the blue. I have done so and I am sure I am not alone. I even saw a steering wheel that could be apart of The Thin Blue Line Family, but is lacking the thin line all the way around the steering wheel. I saw a police issued (so the sign says) flashlights that could come in handy for my wife. I am seriously considering getting her something for her uniform for added protection. My self included in this. I liked what I saw in this store, but not the personalities this store provided. The ambience in the store was cold and unwelcoming.

This review specifically relates to a fantastic employee named Mark. I came in for a battery test, as my car had needed to be jumped to start. Mark performed the test right away and was super helpful in explaining the various battery replacement options. After the test, which did not indicate a problem, my car unfortunately still did not start, so I went back in the store for more help. Although the store's recharger was not working, Mark came to my aid right away by jumping my battery with his own personal cables. He helped me with a fantastic attitude even though I had told him that Costco had a better battery option for my car. Mark really went the extra mile in providing outstanding customer service and made me want to patronize this store if I need a local auto part in the future.

I got my battery check and replaced from this location. Mark was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was pretty quick too.
