I was kind of upset with the lady there at the time, at 71 1 i have a service love and she told me that I couldn't bring the door I don't know again and I need to add paperwork where my dog has so that's stating that she is a support animal and she has multiple dog tags on her vest, and she was trying to give me a hard time about bringing my dog in and she was making my dog get upset because she had attitude with her and my dog didn't know what was going on. So I didn't really appreciate that. I really a shop here sometimes. When I'm in the area, but now on, I will bypass to 711, because y'all don't support. Support animals and that's, including support animals, man in line. And so whatever the type of animal you have no, was that is a support animal. What a service dog They might have a problem with you bringing them there. I didn't appreciate it i will this 711 up now

I am writing to express my concern regarding an incident that occurred at the 7-11 store today at around 1:30 PM. Upon entering the store, I encountered an employee who appeared to be from India, and he began sweeping around my feet at both the coffee and fountain drink stations. This made me uncomfortable, but I continued to pay for my items.
Unfortunately, my coffee cup broke in my car, and when I returned to the store to get a new one, the same employee instructed me to throw the defective cup in the trash outside and claimed the store had no napkins. However, when I asked the cashier and manager, they provided me with napkins. Despite this, the employee accused me of taking two coffees, which I found to be deeply offensive.
I hope you take this complaint seriously and address the behavior of the employee. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

This location is convenient but the spot it sits on is really risky for a car accident. Getting in and getting out has proven to be a little difficult for a novice driver like myself. Everything else about this location is fine, (don’t eat their hot food).

Have been to this store a few times, and no complaints so far.
I appreciate the little things as well. Today, I was served by Sonia, a tall, Ethiopian woman. I just got a couple of things. Yet, Sonia smiled at me as she thanked me, after giving me my receipt. So, a brief yet pleasant encounter.

It's a 711. Quick grab and go. I don't spend a lot of time in a 711, and I'm not happy there's always a gambling addict using the machines here. It's not just this location, it's the other ones too, and most of the faults on legislators in Richmond legalizing this disgusting activity. Okay mini rant over, this one has plenty of parking. You can also get through in no time.That's due to friendly and efficient employees. They are super here. No I won't be having the pizzas or wings, but they are an option now. Usually this is for a "quick pick me up." A coffee or Mountain Dew with a candy bar, delivers an instant wake up. Is it a little pricey? Sure it's a convenience store, but when needed it helps. A clean location.
