Technically great - I can now Zoom from my parents' rural Rappahannock County home - and excellent in customer service during sales, installation, and operations!

I was skeptical about changing internet service due to me working from home. But man! It’s MUCH faster than my previous internet provider that I paid MORE for, and much faster! The Customer Service is very responsive. I’m very happy!

This is awesome internet, speed test was 3-4 times what Charter/Spectrum was. Quality stuff, great experience, low cost, never swapping!!!
