Purchased a 2022 Titan a few months back, Matt was great to deal with, but unfortunately our new truck came with some issues. On our first lengthy drive we noticed a loud roar, like a 747 taking off, I did some research and found this is a common issue with these trucks, we took it back and their mechanic told me that it is supposed to operate that way. In addition to the loud roar, the vehicle loses a substatial amount of power and the RPMs are way above what they should be. It continued to roar and we did more research and found that the fan clutch may be the culprit - i have scheduled an appointment with a Nissan dealer to investigate. When I did the first oil change on it, a cheater bar was needed to loosen the drain plug and the oil filter was a fight to get off. Not at all what I expect when spending this kind of money on a vehicle.
***Update 6/3/2024***
I had an appointment at a local Nissan dealership last week - they confirmed that the fan clutch was sticking and needs to be replaced, they will be replacing the part under the manufacter warranty.

Excellent experience with this dealership. Highly personable staff, from my salesmen Matt, to the sales manager and the man who appraised the value of my trade in.
I purchased a 2021 Titan, after driving two hours to Amherst, Virginia. The price of the vehicle was precisely as advertised, the value of my trade in was congruent with current market. The vehicle I purchased was well serviced, presented professionally and priced below market.
There is a nice waiting room with some amenities for customers as well.

Kamel Whirley and the staff were great to work with at Virginia Auto Outlet. They listened to the things I wanted in a vehicle and found me the perfect car.
