Wait at least 30 minutes or more trying to get help took me over a hour and a half just to pay a bill and had to go back days later because the bill never showed that I paid it and forget ever trying to reach someone.

Lizzy is amazing! She helped three people at once and got the job expertly done. She was so helpful and really top notch when it came to knowledge of services and products, her ability to handle every situation thrown her way and to keep calm under what had to have been a high stress environment. She was the only one there with a store full of complicated issue and when we left it was already thirty minutes past close.
