I know I am probably one of the most difficult clients Doug has ever seen. We have had our ups and downs, but Doug has been great at explaining to me and setting out an organizer so I can follow up on it every year. I am so thankful for him and his staff. They are all kind and considerate. I am thankful for Doug's wife and for Susan, I don't know what I would've done without them. They are always updated on what to do so you don't have to be.
