I really was having trouble finding a product, and her husband was kind of enough to call her and she told him that my product wasn't available anymore and she suggested a new one. I bought it. I haven't bought my old product again after buying it. Amazing people, amazing store, and very knowledge. And thank you, J, for helping me on your day off.Edit: 8/24/23- Again such great customer service. I had a malfunction in my vape pen and kept burning my tongue and leaking oil everywhere. I took it back, and after talking about it, J was willing to give me a replacement, even though she wouldn't get reimbursed from the manufactory. I can't give you 6 stars, so * * * * * * here.”
