I do not recommend it.Took our dog here for spay surgery, and the staff wouldn't accept our pet records. Then, I was informed that I needed to sign a consent to give any vaccines or other necessary treatment. I said that I wasn't signing that or giving consent to any vaccines as she was up to date on all and would be taking our dog somewhere else then. I walked out. By the time I got to my vehicle, I was then asked to come back. They took her and put her in the kennel, and they said they would call when she is ready to go home. When I came to pick her up, she was in pain. They said she didn't need anything and didn't give any pain medication to take home. This dog was scared to move and squealing when I got her. We left, and I called 3x to ask the vet for pain medication, but the staff who answered kept saying it was not necessary, and the little ones were all overdramatic.I've NEVER had a dog have a spay surgery without pain medication.*Spay surgery paper in my records. I keep ALL records and absolutely certain WHERE our pets had their spay surgeries!!****Really doesn't matter if this occurred yesterday, last week, last year....does it?The point being this "Vet" did not return phone calls and NEVER came out in person to speak to a customer about an animal in so much pain she was shivering and wouldn't move!!!

RUDE. take your business else where they almost let a dog run out the door when I was there. I told the lady at the front desk to have a great day and she just stared at me. Wouldn’t recommend

Came home from vacation with my dog acting lethargic. Was able to get an appointment for that day. Dr Kaski and staff got my pup feeling better. They showed lots of compassion to me and my dog.

Great care. An honest trustworthy place that almost cares as much about our animals as we do.

Best Vet I've ever seen, and I've been all over the country. I learned so much during my visit and my dogs are much happier/healthier. So recommend them.

My family in Amelia has been bringing their pets here for years. Up until now. Their NOT so lovely technician, Karen has ruined the trust our family and some friends, had for this place. Karen is by far, the most unprofessional employee we have come across. Because of her unprofessional, and possibly illegal actions, they have lost quite a few patients from us because we (as a whole group) simply cannot trust them anymore. Even after calling back to leave a complaint for management, I haven't heard from anyone. This is very inappropriate and will not go unheard.‐-------------------------------------To your review response-So you can't return my call to discuss these matters, but you have time to respond to my review? Very professional.I fully support the efforts taken to reunite the dog with its owners. The issue at hand is Karen did contact the vet office the first time to get more information on who to contact. The unprofessional and possibly illegal action was calling that vet office back a second time, to give them false information. Karen called them back, not realizing I used to work there and still have close relationships, she proceeded to tell them that she contact me and that I said it wasn't my problem. That is NOT what was said and luckily, thank goodness for recorded phone lines, both calls to that clinic were recorded and the call to my workplace was recorded. She exaggerated and falsely accused someone and thought it was okay. There was no need to take it to that level. Especially after I was emotional with her on the phone explaining my current situation. How rude and unprofessional of her! And then to end the phone call with "okay well we will just send her back since you don't want her and they can figure out what to do about her injury."Nice, real nice. I'm no longer the owner of the dog, and to be hit with this out of the blue, not financially prepared to take on another animal, and was in the vet ER just nights before this, did not warrant that kind of treatment or guilt trip. Shame on Karen and shame on you for not addressing the situation properly or even returning my phone call. Maybe, you'll respond to my review again. That seems to be the only way to talk to someone.Another problem with this, is clearly you've been given the incorrect story because even in your response, it shows you don't know what was truly said. If you had called me back to discuss this, you would have found that I am upset and not lashing out in anger. You are merely going off of Karen's story. If you actually want to better understand the situation or care at all to address it, your receptionist has my information from when I called back to speak with the manager. I think her name might have been Amanda? I wasn't trying to air it out publicly. That was until you responded. You have my information if you want to reach out.Thank you.
