My husband has taken both his Lincoln’s in there for repairs, and they were fixed timely at a fair price. This my local family owed repair shop. Donna and Bryant are really good, honest, and fair people. That means alot in business today! Bryant is a skilled and knowledgeable mechanic " they don't make like him anymore". I totally TRUST them with my vehicles.

David has done work on my 2003 f250 crew cab for about a year. Donna, his wife works the front desk. They have been very prompt and communicate very well. Is he cheap, absolutely not. Does he know what he is doing and does it right the 1st time, absolutely! If you have a Ford Diesel ( mine is a 6.0) this is the place to go to get it done right the 1st time and he stands behind his work! I have not seen or experienced any of the complaints like other reviews. Nothing but top notch work. They do sometimes get backed up like any good shop, but they have always been straightforward with approximate repair times.

PLEASE!! TAKE YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! Safe yourself the headache and time! The front lady is really rude and nasty! No customer service whatsoever! Had my truck there and had it sitting in the lot for months. I am a patient person and whenever I called in the lady felt offended telling me they were busy and understaff... I wanted to take my truck back but I already gave a $1,500 deposit for a $3,000 work on injectors on a F250 diesel truck. Two months later I finally got my truck fix and now I have numerous problems I never had before. Ridiculous how unprofessional this place is. Go to a trustworthy place like Thurstons in Richmond, they stand by their word and work, and you don't get treated horrible as a client. Or do your research before if you go anywhere. I usually don't like to write reviews, but I just want to notify people of this place. Good luck!

Dropped off my truck over 2 months ago, authorized work to be done, 6 weeks later my truck was still sitting in the lot untouched . Had an employee of mine call 3 weeks ago to find out when the truck would be getting service , was told it was coming in the shop that week. Went by on Saturday this past weekend, the truck was still in the lot untouched with no communication whatsoever . Went by today to find out what the status was, got excuse after excuse as to why they hadn't touched it with extremely poor attitudes and unprofessional . Was probably going to spend over 20k this year with them but they ruined it for themselves. Will never go back and every chance I get to steer people away from there I will. Very displeased

I needed work done on my Ford f250 super duty diesel truck.I had to replace my injectors,Dave is the mechanic,he did a supreme job.I actually bought my parts on the internet and had them shipped to their shop.It worked out great.Dave is very knowledgeable and he gets to the problem and gets it done.no jerking you around.little on the expensive side,but you Get your money's worth always.I definitely recommend Bryant's automotive for all your vehicles repairs and regular maintenance.

Have taken my 2005 Excursion 6.0 PSD to Bryant's multiple times and have had an easy, fair, and pleasant experience each time. Customer service exceeded my expectations and the quality and honesty of Dave's work has convinced me to make Bryant's the only place for work on my 6.0 PSD.
