Pickup orders constantly being ruined. They choose random items to say “unavailable” only for me to go inside EVERY time, and see a full shelf stocked full of what they just told me is unavailable. This has been happening for over a year now. Pathetic customer service pathetic pickup system just a pathetic store all around. Walmart needs to close this location due to the lack of operational consistency between this store and others in Lynchburg. It’s night and day. Like most things in altavista, I’m sure it’ll close sooner than later.

Typical Walmart. No check out clerk's. They funnel the customers to self checkout areas on each of the store with a lot of Walmart employees in those areas. They can open more cashier lines. Just saying...

In out no problems, yet a few "interesting" shoppers. Shelves quite empty, yet is beginning of month. Sometimes hard to get help from employee when need to. Otherwise great. Thumbs up
