If I could give a 0 I would. My experience was simply terrible. Do not rent from this service; they not only provide horrible customer service but the quality of materials they rent are not up to par.When delivering my 86 year old grandma accepted the delivery and not only were they extremely rude to her in her with their tone of voice and racist in telling her they don’t speak Spanish when she was speaking in English.In trying to speak with management on this, I was promised a call back and never received one to remedy the situation.After finding out this CLOTH chair didn’t even come with a plastic cover after the customer service representative advised it would, we had to purchase one separately. While using the chair in my recovery it would jolt and not smoothly operate, putting my recovery in jeopardy and causing harm. Where the plastic cover did not cover, I would experience itchiness and found small bites.When calling to request a pick up of the chair and yet again to speak to the to the manager on my experience , I finally got a call back from Tony where he was very rude and told me I was making things up, called my grandma an “old lady” and then accused me of “threatening”after advising him of the terrible service I received and the review I would be writing. There are many other companies, spare yourself from this one.

Excellent customer service and the price was reasonable! I really appreciate how patient and thorough the staff are and they were able to accommodate my pick-up and delivery dates. The lifting reclining chair worked perfectly without issue. I would highly recommend this company!

We rented a knee scooter for my son who had a severely broken ankle in late Dec 2022. The lady was very courteous, helpful and professional in assisting us in getting this scooter . It was in stock and at a very good price . We were shown how to use the scooter and given the options of renting , purchasing or rent to own . I truly appreciate the help she gave us and her patience with our questions .Zask also delivers medical supplies as a man came in to pick up items to deliver . A very helpful , useful and amenable local business !

We called then visited Zask medical supply in late Dec 2022 in need of a wheeled knee scooter . The lady working was so helpful , pleasant and professional. She had the scooter in stock and the price was VERY AFFORDABLE! They also have a rent or purchase option . The scooter was in excellent condition and she thoroughly explained how to fold it and use it . The shooter has been a necessity as my son severely broke his ankle. I really appreciate a business that actually has good products IN STOCK AND excellent customer service . (I believe they even deliver medical supplies . ) THANK YOU !!

I went to Zask Medical Supply to purchase an arm sling. First I called to see if they had any in stock, which they did, in various sizes. When I went there, the employee fitted me with the correct sling, based on my body size. She showed me how to wear it and adjusted it for proper fit. The sling was reasonably priced. I received excellent service from Zask and will gladly return there if I need medical supplies. They have a wide range of supplies on hand. I recommend this medical supply business.
