Professional and courteous service and great communication with the customer. Easy to schedule an appt and a quick turn around every time. Don't spend all your money at the dealer for service, go to these guys!

Attention: please be very careful using Wiygul. I went for an inspection and didn't realize my brake lights weren't working. They quoted $192 to replace my brake lights for a 2008 Range Rover Sport. Given that I had replaced my brake lights before I realized this was bizarre. They claimed they needed to remove three levels of panels in order to change the light. In reality, it only required unscrewing the light (2 screws for each light), opening it, replacing the bulbs, and screwing it back in. No mechanic in the past has charged me more than $40 to replace both my brake lights. I went to Auto Zone, purchased 2 bulbs for $9. My partner replaced both in 10 minutes. Do NOT trust the quotes they give. Many places try to get over on women and those unfamiliar with repairs. This is one of them. I am beyond disappointed that they would try to take advantage of such a situation expecting I would not find out. AVOID!!!!

They diagnosed the problem incorrectly. I took my vehicle to another shop for a second opinion. I’m glad I didn’t spend unnecessary amount on repair.

Had a great experience at Wiygul! New to VA and needed to get my Safety and Emissions inspections done before I could register my car. Joe was fantastic and knew exactly what I needed. They were timely as well!

My experience here has gone down. I don't know if it's the workers or the management. I had an engine light come on. Was for a O2 sensor. They replaced the sensor and reset the light. I drove it for 2 days and the light came back on for same problem.
Back to them to fix it. I checked with GM and was told that these sensors last over 100K miles and I had 55K. They gave me an estimate to replace the other 3 @$1200.00. I declined since the light did not reflect that they were bad. 2 days later, light on again. Made an appointment at Koons GMC to get it checked out. They found that wires had been chewed by some animal and needed a new wire harness. Why did not Wiygul check this? Koons fixed the problem. I had also asked them to rotate my tires and do a 4wheel alignment. They found that the wrong ball joints(to big) had been installed by some other shop. It was Wiygul who installed the wrong size not OEM parts. Because if this I also needed new control arms since the wrong ball joints had enlarged the hole and the correct ball joints would not work. I've gone to Wiygul for decades and everything was always good. I first noticed changes there when it took 4 hours for an oil change but at the end they gave me estimates for $3000.00 worth of fixes I did not ask for (and may not need). I guess I'll go to Jiffy Lube for future oil changes and a different shop for important repairs. Too Bad.

I would not use Wiygul auto service again. Compared to other auto repair shops in the area, even a local Toyota dealer, they were very overpriced. The previous owner of my vehicle used Wiygul and he recommended them. After waiting two hours for a diagnosis on my check engine light I was presented with a quote for over $1000. Most of the cost was to replace sensors, $561, but in addition there was $282 to change my spark plugs and $239 for a fuel induction service! I consider these prices to be unrealistic and somewhat unnecessary. My experience with the front desk guys was very positive. They were very nice and helpful. DON'T get taken advantage of and waste your money. Always do your homework and shop around for a fair , trustworthy and experienced auto repair shop. Wiygul is not for me.

They were quick to make an appointment the same day and my car was in and out in less than an hour. Will be bringing my car again!

They were fast and didn't try to push any unnecessary maintenance. I waited this time rather than using their Uber service and the wifi was fantastic.

Expensive : Not Unreasonable Price! Quality work and customer service : depending who is working on your vehicle and “helping you at the front desk”. Two individuals in particular are horrible.

If I could give a million stars I would. They were able to get me in super last minute, fixed everything in time so I could drive 4 and a half hours home the same day. Excellent customer service and super reasonable pricing. Thank you for everything today, wouldn’t have been able to make it back to Pittsburgh without ya!

Great business, always helpful and go the extra mile for customer satisfaction. Honest and upfront about repairs needed, suggested and required. I am totally happy switching from dealership service to Wiygul. The counter guys are great, very informative and professional. The service guys are efficient and go the extra mile to get things working properly the first time.
