“AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Que truly made everything go smooth. I was that person that called 13 minutes after they opened hoping they had a tire for my car. Woke up to it completely flat. Que’s upbeat positive attitude made things so much less stressful, he was quick and kept a smile on his face. He needs a raise!! We need more people like him! Truly an amazing person!”
“It's Costco store is pretty clean. Seems like everybody is always in a rush to get everybody moving through customer service people are always friendly always nice selection and a great value. If you know what you're looking for overall the staff is really nice the tire section also has a good staff as well as the pharmacy.”

“This is a good work place but I have witnessed the guy shouting and yelling at workers. He talks down to the younger African American guys. He himself is Nigerian or something I'm guessing but workers have been let go because they stood up to him and demanded respect. I'm sure the cooperate office would not approve of this. He definitely needs to be fired himself. It's a lot of discrimination within himself how he treats younger men & new workers. I witnessed it several times in the store”

“Fantastic service and amazing flowers! We ordered 350 flowers for an event on Friday and Saturday and they were perfect, well wrapped, & amazing customer service.”
“Have purchased tires for both of my vehicles from this location. For best service, order your tires online. You will be notified when they are in stock and then set your appointment. Again, for best service, recommend you get a 10 a.m. appointment time. Like any service (including physician offices) the later in the day, the more likely they will be running behind because unforeseen issues with someone else's car. Out the door prices cannot be beat, and service is NOT what Costco is best known for, though I have not had any issues with tires, appliance delivery or in store assistance when needed.”
