Yesterday, during a lengthy transaction, my family member was refused access to the restroom. She was told to go to a shopping center around the corner instead, where she made an unwanted purchase at a store. Afterward, I read a review posted seven months ago by CB92, describing a similar experience. Although the bank's "owner" responded with an apology, apparently the discourteous policy has not been changed. This was my first visit to the branch and I will not return.

I was in there for awhile, ended up having to use the ladies room. They said the bathroom was for employees only and that I could go to the restaurant next door. I have NEVER been a client, of a bank and I am a longtime client, and been refused access to a ladies room. To suggest I go to a restaurant that I am not eating at is totally unacceptable!

I've been here twice to use the ATM and had to compete for parking from customers from the bicycle shop and the restaurant across the street. There are signs that say bank parking only but I guess they're not enforced.

Could not reach the branch via phone after multiple attempts and wasted run-around of prompts that kept circling back, and they had no notary service appointments because too busy

Covid strikes again, there's no walk in services here, only the outside ATM so if you need to get other cash besides $20 and $50 bills then this location won't be able to help you as they're temporarily closed as per the sign

Im a newer Customer so i dont really know any of the staff. But they have great customer service. Everybody smiles, says hello, very friendly atmosphere here. I really appreciate that type of attention to customer service. Well done!

I feel a little awkward about writing a review for a bank, but this branch has warranted it. After having consistently excellent experiences here, I want to share the word. The tellers at this location are over the top professional & friendly. They really understand customer service and make something mundane like a bank visit a good experience. They have plenty of parking and drive thru lanes. Indoor and outdoor atm. I also like that at this location they can do currency exchange. My first time exchanging currency was super easy at this branch. I encourage others to go to this branch for your banking needs!

VERDICT: Ample parking, convenient corner location. Indoor ATM. QUALIFIER: Actually forgot WF debit card, so used ATM via another bank. WF charges 1% Tx fee. I could've walked up to service desk with account number and ID though. PRODUCT: Ok SERVICE: N/A
