Tried to get a safe deposit box and open an account. Had appointment. Clueless staff. Non- communicative and had me wait 29 minutes while they figured out if they could open an account and help me. I gave up waiting. Horrible customer service service. Sigh.....

Stood in the bank lobby for over 30 minutes with no acknowledgement of my presence by at least 4 bank employees. I have to say, this is the worst customer experience I have had in 2022.

This is my favorite WF branch. Everyone there is so friendly and provides great customer service every time. I often go to the drive thru and we always talk, he always remembers me. Love this branch

The times Ive gone to this branch for anything other than depositing or withdrawling money, the agents avoid doing any work they can get away with. I opened a business checking & credit acct there and i needed to sign some printed documents to complete the process of getting my cards, and he told me that they could not print the documents at the branch, that I would need to print them else where, fill them out and either bring them back or mail them in. What decade are we in?My last encounter i took a withdrawal authorization form there for my Wells Fargo mortgage acct (for autopay) and they said they didn't have the address for where to fax the document to, and that I would have to mail it in myself.They don't go the extra mile (or even an extra 10 feet) at this branch

Appointment only due to Covid-19. Ushered into manager's office, there was a small, short, narrow plastic shield between the desk and the visitor chair, but other than that, open air all around. Manager did not wear a mask in violation of Gov. Ralph Northam's Mask Order. I felt very unsafe. OTOH, banking transaction competently handled.

The absolute worst bank, ever. Problems with ordering checks, depositing money, changing ownership and more. I'm out of there!!
