I came into this store on Monday 2/5 @ 11:30 AM. I was looking for a printer. I came across the "Brothers Mono Printer" it was advertised for $149.00. However, when I went to the register, it rang up as $170.00. Channel (cashier in electronics) was very pleasantest and helpful. I showed her the Rollback sign for this printer with a price of $149.00. Unfortunately, she stated since she is not a manger, she could not change the price. She called Pam, (Dept Manger), over to change the price. Pam stated this cannot be done and she would not do it, EVEN THOUGH THERE IS A SIGN. Now, I have been working in customer service well over 10 years and I know how this works. She should have changed this price. Since it was adverted but she decided not to. Pam was very rude and unhelpful. She yelled multiple times this could not be done, and she would not change the price. It is not my fault that your signs are incorrect. Eysha (Regional manager) walked by and heard what happened. Eysha called Mia (Pam's Manger) over to instantly changed the price to $149 (advertised price). Eysha phoned Pam to come out of the backroom, Pam was busy on the phone & never came out. Mia called her on the phone, and stated she needs to be on the floor to assist with customers. Thank you very much Channel for being very pleasant and helpful. Thank you, Eysha & Mia, for changing the printer to the advertised price. Pam, I would suggest being nicer to customers, and even though you may be a manger there is always room to grow and learn new things. It's okay not to know everything and to ask questions.

The guy older guy in automotives with the long dreads was very rude to me didn't want to help me out yelled at his helper to not help me out when I just asked for a question will not come back to this Walmart again customer service no good

I have gone to this location 3 separate days to try and gain my fishing license. I was told by a worker in the auto department that only 1 person out of the whole Walmart has the capabilities to issue one. Gave me the hours and days this guy supposedly works and try my attempt the following week. I come back on a wed during the hours this guy is suppose to work only to find out he's on leave. From there I try to call this location back only to be placed on hold for over 20mins then to be hung up on. This location has the worse customer service. Let alone only having one worker to issue fishing/ hunting licenses is pretty bizarre, seeing how gaining on in person in Alexandria is slim location finding. I will most defiently not want to revisit this location moving forward. Do better on your customer service.

They are very friendly and I recommend for all those who like to buy at low prices, highly recommended for everyone, a good purchase of weights for my son for his exercises this time there were not many people

Customer Service is Typically Good thats probably the only reason I give a 3. However there out of things quite often that your specifically looking for!
