This Walmart has the worst customer service specially on the phone. They answer and put you on hold for almost an hour then when you call back they do the same thing over and over.

I would give this place zero stars if I could. I have lived in the area my entire life and avoid this place at all costs unless it's an emergency. First off, it's FILTHY. There are messes in every other aisle. I'm not sure if it's from customers or from employees simply not tidying up, but it's always a mess. The employees are rude and do not go out of their way to help customers. There is one particular employee, an older woman with dyed red hair, who is incredibly rude and barks orders at everyone in her vicinity . I really don't know what her job is because she literally stands in one spot and doesn't move. I can't imagine her being "security" because that would require her to move. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere. This place is a dump.

I ordered and paid for 4 tires at Walmart on line and scheduled the install for 5 days later at their Kingstowne Auto Center.I arrived 45 minutes prior to the appt time to wait in line 50 minutes to be told to go to the service desk to ensure the tires were in stock? Really? Red Flag 1After confirming the tires were in stock, it went relatively smoothly until time to pay.It took them 30 minutes to locate the receipt, but charged me $426.00 again for the tires. After 4, there is no management on site, so the transaction couldn't be voided! There were 8 of us just waiting to be checked out, but only a single station to do so with a transaction that needed to be voided.One service tech tried to void but his availability to do so had been terminated. One lady got a text her car was ready, but they couldn't find the car or her keys! Finally after nearly an hour a manager showed up, while the lady with the missing car was on hold for over an hour for a manager who never picked up.The shining pin hole of light was Emmanuel. The guy stuck with all of this mess. One guy, huge line of upset customers.He remained calm,cool and collected as they say. He truly did his absolute best to solve the issue. He was apologetic and kind throughout even though all 8 of us were surely murdering him with our eyes.I got out easy compared to others.Lesson: everything has a price and it's not always $$$. We all went to Walmart Auto in Kingstowne to save some green, but we all paid what we saved, and then some in time and aggravation. If it sounds too good, too easy, too cheap..., it more than likely is.

I have waited 4 hours to get my tires rotated and balance because it came with the installation of tires on my car. I called before arriving took me 10mins to get to Walmart and never got it done. I wasted 4 hours of my life because they claimed that they weren't busy. They could have told me they were busy and I would have gladly gone elsewhere and paid someone to do this job. Again maybe everyone got the same idea I did and all came in the last 10mins to get new tires or have them rotated, that is a possibility doubt it is though. So Walmart thanks for offering something for free that I will never use. I will not waste my time with this service that you "offer".

Crowded on a Sunday. Not the most pleasant experience yet I found some great Halloween tees for $5 and some kohl eyeliner I was looking for online. I prefer less crowds. Lots of Halloween decor yet I kept my shopping minimal.

The worst auto car center in the area short stuff and the stuff they have has bad altitude. I don't advice any one to go there even for their cheap prices. The wait is at least 3 hours for any service you pay for oil change tires.... EtcNOT WORTH IT

Meh. This Walmart is "OK" at best and while I've never necessarily had substantial problems here, I also haven't had the best experiences like I have at other Walmarts in the area. Often times the shelves are empty and disorganized, making shopping a bit difficult. Typically if I'm shopping for house essentials I'm able to navigate those aisles better than the grocery section. There is usually a decent amount of staff there, so the lines aren't a problem. However I have never asked for help or assistance getting things, so I can't speak to whether they are helpful. I will say EVERYTIME I come in there is a long return line, so if you're planning to make a return bring your patience. Other than that this is an OK walmart to do some shopping, but certainly not the best or cleanest in the area.

Be extremely cautious using their self-checkout system. It will ask you whether or not you want a printed receipt. ALWAYS GET A PRINTED RECEIPT. Walmart has a track record of accusing people who mistakenly forget to scan an item, or for whom the system did not register an item, of theft. If you do not have a printed receipt, you will have no way of defending yourself. ALWAYS COMPARE THE ITEMS TO WHAT IS LISTED ON THE RECEIPT BEFORE YOU WALK OUT THE DOOR. Just know that the cheap prices are NOT worth it regarding auto services. Took them over two hours to simply replace my tires and I had an appointment ahead of time. First the "scanner was broken", then they couldn't find my tires, then they forgot my appointment was over two hours ago and had already started working on other cars, further delaying me. So yeah just go to a real auto shop, I promise Walmart is NOT worth the trouble!

If you can go to a different Walmart, then please do so! The customer service is awful on many occasions. When I wanted to return something, I tried to go to the customer service center. When I asked someone to help me, the worker got angry and kept repeating that the service center closed at 8:30pm. I did not need an attitude; it was just hard to understand him the first time.The people that come here are scary! Someone got harassed here before, a customer got rude with me, telling me to get out the way. I was scared to say anything since she might get physical.The store always seems to be low on stock for most food and essential items.

Good luck trying to call and getting someone to answer anything! Several times calling and no one answers, in multiple departments. When someone did (after over 7 minutes ringing after several other times calling) they immediately put you on hold, no one even says anything, just music and stays that way (over 11 minutes). Terrible service.

DO NOT DO PICK UP!! I had the worst experience with online pick up at this Walmart.I bought just a few things (one of the items were a high ticket electronic item) I parked in the pick up spot and checked in, Then I received a notification that my items were picked up which didn't make sense because I hadn't received anything. I started getting worried after about 5-10 mins I saw no one coming so I walked inside to the pick up counter and asked one of the employees about my order, I looked over and saw my order just sitting on the counter so I asked the lady why was my order sitting there? She said that nobody brought my order out because I didn't choose what bay I was in. Which was a lie I've done pick up so many times I know the drill I have even worked for walmart pick up before so the story the lady was telling me wasn't making sense. I had some high ticket items that they were trying to be slick with is what I think was going on also I was missing part of my order they substituted some things that I did not want. A complete disaster to top it of it was rainy and cold!! That's why I chose to do pick up but never again at this place! Also I did end up speaking to the manager she was nice but I don't think anything will be done. If I was walmart I would keep a eye on the pick up or employees.

If I could give this 1/4 of a star I would. I have never been more disappointed in my life with Walmart. I bought good year tires and they only had 3 in the store. No big deal. I had someone call me and tell me that the 4th tire is in. I go to the store and they only have 3. This occurrence happened twice. Then I waited another week until my appointment to come in and they canceled my order 3 days prior without calling me first. I got my refund and went somewhere else. Be better Walmart.... this is the Kingstowne Walmart in Springfield Virginia FYI. Do not come here

Abysmal. I have used the pharmacy here for insulin fills for my diabetic cat for YEARS. Honestly, I wouldn't step foot in this location for any other reason. Today, I've decided to take my business elsewhere as the pharmacy and their technicians don't follow any sort of protocols and have no consistency in when they enforce "rules." Watch out getting prescriptions for yourself or family. This place and the people they employ follow shady business practices with no explanation to their customers. The hassle I dealt with for my CAT tells me all I need to know about how they treat PEOPLE.
