I have been having repeating problems with this Walgreens. I'd get emails saying they can reorder my medication but when I go to do it it is repeatedly too early and then get another email next day.I ordered some diabetes supplies and I was given a partial order (50 of 200) and we were told they would contact me when rest of order was in and that they charged for entire order including to insurance. More than a week went by and since it takes so long to get a response on phone I stopped by and was told that they only charged me for what they gave me but the cost was far greater what I paid last time. I do not know if the issue is this Walgreens (which used to be a CVS) or not but not planning on returning.

Went in to this Walgreens for a few items, walk up to the cashier with my items and said hello and responded with Walgreens cards ( great customer service starts with a simple hello ) so I repeated myself thinking she didn’t hear and she then looked at me as if I was bothering her , I then asked so you guys don’t say hello to your customers . The manager then came over took care of my transaction but had to count and verify every item as if his cashier wasn’t the last person with all of my items. I would not recommend nor would I ever shop her again

Make sure to call before getting a vaccine. I scheduled a Polio vaccine online and got confirmation of the appointment. Showed up and they said they don’t have it and turned me away.

I would give zero stars if possible. You have to constantly follow up with the people who work there. Last time, they had medication my son urgently needed sitting there and it took 10 mins on the phone quizzing them before they actually looked to see that they had received the backordered medication. This time, Walgreens said they would call our insurance, which the insurance company has no record of, and we wasted 4 days of the staff lying and saying they tried multiple times per day to run the prescription through. We finally handled it ourselves...and in 3 hours had the insurance approval and the medication filled. It's frustrating that they appear to be lazy; however, it should be criminal to work in a pharmacy and lie about actions taken by your staff regarding needed medication.

Store clerk was too busy on her phone to acknowledge me. Tried to get her attention to find out about an item they were out of stock on. 2:12 pm on 16 Feb at the front counter.

I'm giving them a higher rating simply because I like this Walgreens and I go there a lot, but my negative review is specifically about Monique in the Pharmacy. I waited to write this because I thought maybe she was having a bad day but no, she just has a bad attitude.She is unwilling to help answer any questions you may have (she WALKED AWAY as I was asking her a question, on TWO separate occasions). I even got her when I had called into the pharmacy one time (her voice is recognizable) and she had the same rude demeanor / unwilling to help)Listen..I get it if you think the questions are beneath you / if I should already know the answers, but I'm not in pharmaceuticals so there's a reason I'm asking you.One question I had was whether it was ok for me to get my second covid shot so much later than my first -- before even hearing my question, she responds verbatim "you can't get your booster." I said I know..I'm not asking about my booster. I'm asking whether I would still be considered fully vaccinated.Her response? "Call the CDC"When I spoke with her over the phone about a prior authorization on one of my medications, i told her I have a different primary insurance than what they have on file. It's as though I was talking to a brick wall, because she said "it didn't go through." OK... I know that, because you used the wrong insurance. She said it again! So I just told her to put that Rx back and that I'll call it in somewhere else.I picked up my last Rx from here and will be going a few doors down to Safeway from now on instead, simply because of how sour she is to deal with.

i have to say this was the worst experience i've ever had in any pharmacy i've been to. they made me and my mom wait 35 minutes for the 2nd dose and these 2 women were extremely rude the first lady lied and said they don't give out the vaccination cards if you lose it she told us we needed to go home and find it like OK ma'am it was a question we're not allowed to ask questions anymore? ???? I don't understand if talking to people bothers you that much don't work in a pharmacy lol very rude behavior if i caught her name i would definitely name it but i don't know it whoever hired her made a mistake i don't leave reviews but i had to because of how mistreated i felt like me and my mom were and the lady who gave us the covid shot was extremely rude didn't respect my mom at all we're muslims and she wouldn't put the divider down for her she just didn't care she didn't want to touch the divider and just watched my mom she gave her a look when she was trying to fix herself to get ready for the shot Overall horrible experience will never be stepping in this pharmacy again get better people and learn to treat people like people.

Drove 25 minutes to get my 2nd COVID dose. Didn't have my first card and was turned away even though it says this will not be the case on the website. They said since I didn't get my first dose there they couldn't do anything. So now what????
