Would leave 0 if I could. One job they have- fill prescriptions. This place has staff that are rude, often don't communicate when they have issues filling a prescription, and can't answer basic questions with straight answers. Recommend finding another place to take your business.

Shelves are empty, the magazines are out of date. The cashier is not at the register. It’s like they scrimp with bare bones staff and not keeping inventory. But, that just means we have to go to CVS because this location does not have what we need.

Really bad attitude from both cashier and manager. I literally brought an item to the counter (with a barcode that i had been notified was recalled) and informed them about this. They waived it off after scanning the product- saying they had restocked it. Such an attitude can be harmful to others. I feel they didn’t do their due diligence by looking at the matter more closely. FYI, it’ was an Enfamil Nutramigen Hypoallergic infant formula.

On 9/15/2023. Asc"" My prescription was sent to a different Walgreens, so I decided to call this store have it picked up. I called soon as I left the hospital and I was placed on hold. I arrived at this store and was still on hold 6 minutes later. I rushed to the restroom and prior to walking in a glanced at the pharmacy desk and I did not see anyone in line and a car in the drive way (I was still on hold) when I left the restroom I went to the counter and 3 people where in line. I joined the line and stayed on the phone. I was two of the tech and the Pharmacist pick up the phone and place it back on hold. When I got to the front of the line I made my request and asked to speak with the manager and I explained that I was on hold 20 minutes and counting. He then ask the tech to answer the phones and then at 23mins they finally answered. It seems if you want service you have to go in person.

The pharmacy employees can give you better(free) advice on thing you need health wise. Very kind and quick! Not many Walgreens like it!!

Cancels orders when items are in stock or replacements are available. Store is a large one but employees here are routinely salty and unhelpful.

Visiting from Canada ?? most people I have met were incredibly lovely humans. Unfortunately, the young man on cash felt the need to tell me about political liberation for Canada… clearly someone who watches Fox News and or gets their information from YouTube. grossly misinformed about the world outside of Alexandria in a frightening way. Will not be going here again while on our visit to DC.

If you go here to get a flu shot or something similar, be prepared to wait a very long time, even if you have an appointment.When I showed up for mine, there were other people lined up for earlier appointments. When I got my covid shot from the county, it took 30 minutes, including the 15 minute wait after the shot. Walgreens took 90 minutes for my flu shot.The staff was pleasant enough, but their vax procedure seems totally inefficient.

Walgreens pharmacy on Richmond HWY was so attentive, the lady asked to give my daughter's bear a flu shot first, so my daughter wouldn't be so scared. #positivevibes

Poor drive-thru pharmacy customer service. I look forward to the day Amazon's pharmacy catches on and creates a better customer experience than Walgreens and CVS. They are completely unconcerned from a customer service/experience standpoint. Came 20 min early for a COVID test that takes less than a minute to accomplish and was turned away to sit in the parking lot for 20 min. They were not busy at all.

I just wish there was a zero. They have not been helpful or responsive. I’ve been trying to get prescriptions for almost a week. They were much more expensive than giant and just shrugged when I asked why.

This pharmacy seems to be chronically understaffed and incompetent. There are always lines at the pharmacy and it takes 20 minutes or more to pick up a prescription every single time.

Updating: today it happened, i was let down. An older employee(gray hair) at the front was unnecessarily rude to me over my order. She raised her voice at me even though there was no need for escalation. I felt like she was the angry customer and i was the one remaining calm cause nothing was that serious.It's one of my morals to not get rude with staff when something doesn't go my way. I used to work in customer service-i never want to be that customer who just throws a fit. The fact that that employee was speaking to me that way unprovoked was wild to me.She called for the manager before i could even respond. I told the manager what happened and there was no comment on how the employee spoke to me. She didn't even address it.There were several issues with my order and the efforts to help seemed minimal. I was there far too long for that and also it was unnecessary stress. I felt bummed out. There were several employees there but it just seemed like store issues with their inventory and issues with communication.---------5 starsThis Walgreens has really nice employees. Sometimes they are understaffed and it's obvious so please be patient with them because they're doing a lot at once sometimes. I once had to walk around to find an employee and she was literally in charge of ohoto the front, beauty, and stocking. That's way too much for one person.It's not personal if they seem tired or like they're not excited to greet you. i imagine it's hard to stay upbeat when you're under stress consistently and tired.Besides seeming stressed they have always been helpful. I come to this Walgreens usually 1x a week.
