Very impressed with my groomer, Kibby. With her talent and patience, she made my Bischon/Poodle (who was beginning to look like a mop) look fantastic. She is a pro.

I used this groomer I think once when I lived in Alexandria. If I recall correctly, my two dogs looked cute in their bandannas afterward but were still somewhat damp at pickup. Wasn't great grooming, wasn't terrible. I don't remember exactly when that was but I think around 2013. I moved away from the area in 2016, so certainly no later than that. Both of those dogs have been dead for years now. But I appear to be on VIP Pet Elite's text spam list until the end of time. The last text I got from them before today, I responded politely to ask to be taken off the list. No reply either way. Today I got one that isn't even about dog grooming; it says "Hi. ViPs! Great News! VIP Pet Elite partnered with Goldmine Realty ([link redacted]). Refer, Sell, or Buy Real Estate with Goldmine Realty and get 12 months FREE GROOMING with VIP Pet Elite! Call for details at 703-586-5976" Like, who does that? this is NOT why I gave out my phone number. Don't you give them yours unless you want to get crappy real estate spam texts in 2032.

I was looking for a groomer in the area that was experienced with coton de tulears. Guzal is an award-winning professional, and for good reason. I know my fur baby is in great hands with her, despite his separation anxiety. She puts safety and the dog's best interest first, and really cares for the dogs as if they were her own. She's always willing to work with me when my schedule is tight. I've been taking my fur baby to her for the past 5+ years, and he only looks cuter every time.

We had a great experience with Ian. Our pup loved her first grooming session. Ian spoke like someone who actually cares about your dog. I will be using him and VIP again.

I can’t say anything about their service, but if you want to support truly kind and good hearted people this is were you should go. I had a bad flat tire and didn’t know how to use the air pump. Their van was next to me, not only did they filled the tire for me, but also paid for the air. Not only that but even looked up a place I could go to get the tire looked at. They went out of there way to help me out. I am truly genuinely so grateful for them. We need more people like them in this world!!

VIP Pet Salon is the best groomer for my Brussels Griffon and mini golden doodle. When we first got our Griffon, we took him to a different groomer and they butchered him so he looked like a different type of dog and just awful. We researched and found VIP and he’s been going there ever since, which is about 5 years now. The other thing is my Griffon is so finicky and doesn’t like too many people but he loves Guzal and runs to her and wants to be held. She truly loves dogs. And the fact that they are mobile and come to you is soooo fabulous and convenient! And when we added a mini golden doodle to the family, he also went to VIP and she keeps him looking adorable! Doodles have challenging coats and she is very skilled in taking care of and grooming them. I cannot recommend VIP Pet Salon enough!!! They are the absolute BEST!

Guzal has been the most amazing groomer. She was my original groomer for my first Giant Schnauzer and did fantastic work. I am now on my second Giant Schnauzer, who is a giant wriggly ball of energy, and Guzal works wonders with him. I don’t know how she does it all but he looks so sharp after each grooming. He gets super happy and excited to see her grooming truck too so I know she takes her time and makes sure it is a positive experience for him every time. After his grooming, I get non-stop compliments about how sharp he looks and how well groomed he is. I highly recommend Guzal to anyone needing professional grooming services. Truly top notch!!

I have been using VIP Pet Elite for my Westhighland Terrier since we brought him home - about 18 months now. Charlie gets hand-stripped and Guzal does a fabulous job with him! He loves to see the truck come up the driveway!

Shitzu in desperate need of a cut/wash. No appointments to be had. Called VIP and they fit us in the same evening. The groomer did a Great job! The mobile service worth the price!

Guzal did an amazing job grooming my dog! VIP Pet Salon was highly recommended by neighbor. This was my first time using a mobile pet salon service and it totally exceeded my expectations. My dog is 13 and is starting to experience different issues that became apparent at my last grooming appointment which was with a different salon. Guzal took the time to listen to my concerns and addressed each one. I think the one on one attention is just what my dog needs as she gets older. After the grooming, not only did my dog look beautiful but she was so happy and energetic! Thank you Guzal! See you for the next appointment!

Piggy backed service when I saw your van at our neighbors house...shot a text and got IMMEDIATE response and had availability to come right after the neighbors!!! SCORE! Nickie took the time to know what we wanted/expected and did just that in just about an hour...as opposed to the FOUR hours local big guys wanted to have the pup dropped off for... definitely more than the competition...but extremely talented and convenient...and they did a great job in nails and the cut itself!

Hi everyone! As I read through all of these reviews I can see how this is really confusing. There's SO many good reviews and they definitely deserve them. What you see on a bad review and the response from the owner is exactly the aggressive/poor customer service response you should expect though if "things go south". Let me start by saying, they deserved a 4 star review until things "hit a bump". I should have came on here and gave that to them. I knew they were traveling far for me and I was a complete inconvenience for them. (They made me well aware during it) The only reason why I would give them a 4 is because they were late more than on time. And I know I was far so I always looked the other way. The reason for my review now is I moved recently way further out of their zone. They declined me and I spent 4 months trying to find a groomer in my area for my dog. She has high anxiety and the Mobile groomers are what we need for her. Nobody would accept her being at capacity and I reached back out after an already inappropriate text from the owner (seemed very irrational and in my Opinion under some influence) about how she should have cut me a while ago and they were only doing me a favor coming to Sterling for me before. But wasn't I paying almost $200 a visit for you? Didn't you agree to coming? I think I would watch what I say to Someone who spent thousands at your company.Why I'm writing this- I recently met her in HER designated areas. I met her in Manassas. Drove an hour each way and tipped her 20% for a grooming total of $180. I chose to do it. I wasn't complaining. I appreciated her meeting me and seeing me. When she was ready for me and my dog I took my dog to the entrance. It was clear she was in the middle of grooming her own dog or just never cleaned before the prior dog. Trust your gut people. I immediately thought it was strange and dirty and didn't say anything. I picked my dog up on the quickest appointment she's ever had (under 1.5 hours) and she looked BEAUTIFUL! They do an awesome job!!!!!The evening of the grooming, my dog peed in the bed. She NEVER goes in the bed or the house and it was alarming! Yesterday (day 2) I noticed my dog peeing frequently when outside to pee. Not ever needing to go out more but peeing 3-4 times instead of once. She's 12 and she's in perfect health. X-rays, blood the whole nine yards has been reviewed in the past 3 months. Perfect. Yesterday evening she looks at me in the living room and pees on the ground. Looks at me while peeing! I was so shocked. This morning I woke up to her issue taking on full force and taking her out 10 times in 1 hour. Finally called the vet. My dog doesn't go ANYWHERE. She's a miniature poodle and literally lives inside except to pee and p**** She doesn't like outside. From the vet mentioning it was probably because of the grooming and the truck not being clean but also grooming 2 days prior, the chain of events of how her issue proceeded and the facts of her and her demeanor I was 100 percent sure it was the grooming. No matter what, I messaged the owner and said it's your business, I saw what I saw, I dealt with penny but I want you to know most importantly because I don't want it to happen to other dogs. Sure I asked for a refund or a nice gesture partial refund for my visit as my vet bill was $400 for a UTI. The reason why you should never go to this company is because the way this owner handled the situation- a MEDICAL situation about a living being is DISGUSTING. She immediately went on the defense. Called my vet yelling at them telling them they shouldn't ever tell people that and scared my vet to not even being able to stand behind the verbal determination that was given to me this morning. A woman who doesn't have a heart is not someone you want with sharp objects in her hand Everyone makes mistakes!! It's how you deal with them or handle issues that come up. They cancelled very late 2 times and treated me as if I were the one who cancelled. The appointment taker was terribly rude talking over me. I should not have given them a second chance after having nicked my boy last time.
