Went to this store today to upgrade phones and get on a new phone plan. The customer service we received was nothing short of spectacular. John went above and beyond to help us start the new plan, get the best deals possible on our new phones, and transfer all of our data. It was a very busy day in the store/ w Verizon corporate, and he was doing a great job helping multiple people at once and expediting what he could. Although we primarily dealt with John, we also interacted with Anthony and watched him deal patiently with customers who came in with questions not necessarily related to Verizon service- he kindly answered them and explained thoroughly to ensure they were able to leave with some sort of solution or advice. John and Anthony held it down on a very busy day and I’m glad we got to work with them. We’ll surely be back for all of our Verizon needs! Thanks for everything John!

John does a fantastic job holding down the fort on his own! Helped me set up four phones and four watches, and made sure to find us all the discounts we were eligible for. That same night, he helped me sort out an iphone that wasn't acting right over the phone, so I didn't have to drive back in. THEN, fully two weeks later after the kids got apple watches under the tree, John helped us figure out why one of them wasn't activating. Great customer service, provided with a smile. John even followed up by text to make sure things were working.Hire the man an assistant and give him a raise! John is on his on a LOT and the lines get long.

I came here after water damage to my phone during a beach party on vacation. Even though they didn't have the machine in the store to help with water damage, the 2 male staff were so friendly and kind. One was John and I forgot the other's name. They even allowed me to sit in their comfortable chair instead of the bar stool since I was exhausted from the flight the night before. I had to buy a new phone but that's life. I'll come here instead of another Verizon store.

Visited the store on Black Friday with my family to get all new phones and moved back to Verizon. I couldn’t recommend a better location and staff. Super knowledgeable and friendly.

Andy at the Bradlee Verizon store is awesome. My 80+ y.o. technology-resistant mom needed a new phone. Andy went above and beyond helping her. Her was kind, patient, helpful, and explained things very well, taking extra time with things she didn't understand at first. She's eternally grateful - and thinks it's magic - that he transferred her photos and contacts from her old phone to her new phone.

The staff is amazing.especially John is amazing, he is really knowledgeable.my issue was with port from mint to Verizon and the customer care took 2 hours and did nothing.John was quickest and finished it in less than 10 mins.Definitely recommend this store.

I strongly advise against visiting this Verizon store. The manager, Inderject, initially promised a promotion including a $400 trade-in for my previous phone, a new Samsung Ultra23, smartwatches, and home internet for a monthly charge of $130. However, I encountered issues as he failed to provide any paperwork. My bills have been inconsistent, reaching $200, and despite promises to fix it, the situation persists. When I contacted Verizon customer service, they assured a resolution but haven't followed through. Unfortunately, the treatment from Inderject seems influenced by my accent, making the situation more challenging to resolve in this indirect Verizon shop.
