Trying to get assistant for Verizon Fios is a pain in the butt. I called and got several different scenarios about why my account was being overcharge and not updating. I was offered a discount and had even more trouble trying to get them to apply it. Online I got an agent who had no idea of what they were doing and wanted me to call in. I had three different Verizon customer agent give me all different information. They even had the nerve to offer mobile service. Hell no I don't want your mobile service! Its hard enough to get someone on the phone for assistance and when you do it seems no one has the same story or set of information.

Extremely inappropriate, rude, and disrespected by sales associate MITCHUpon entering the establishment, Mitch greeted us as we let him know that we needed a SIM card.After taking a seat at his desk, the employee proceeded to use derogatory words and was extremely disrespectful throughout the entire process. He asked me where I was from, and when I said, I’ve lived in a few cities so I tell people I’m just from the area, he proceeded to say, “he doesn’t give a s*** and he was just making conversation”.I’m extremely upset about the entire situation and baffled as to how this person felt that comfortable to swear at customers. No foul language was used by either of us, and we tried to maintain conversation until the process was finished so we could leave. We were even polite and thanked him upon leaving, but the entire exchange was highly inappropriate left us with a terrible opinion of Verizon.

Recently called this location to resolve an issue related to a subscription I was supposed to receive with a recent upgraded phone/plan. “Ray” from Cellular Sales answered the phone not even completely paying attention, and upon informing me that I hard the wrong department, only gives me the first three digits of the number I should call instead and proceeds to hang up before I could ask any other question. Terrible service.

Sean, Ramone and Malachi were super helpful! They all attended to our needs and were super professional. We came and upgrade our s22 ultra to the s23 ultra. But most importantly they were patient and assisted us with all our service needs. We highly recommend.

Service was amazing. I don't know who this guy is but he went above and beyond for me because I didn't know what to do because my old phone broke down. Service was amazing but I was really sad and disappointed when I couldn't get my photos back from my old phone. Otherwise Service 10/10 and highly recommend!

This is not a "real" Verizon store aka it is not a corporate location. So if you come in to drop off a trade in or something, they can't help you. They are unapologetic and make not effort to distinguish themselves from a full service Verizon store.

This location does not help with anything but cellphone plans and they will upcharge you every change they get. $40 fee to "transfer the data to the new phone!" all that takes is scanning a picture from one iphone to the other and they dont tell you there will be a fee until after they are finished. They are also super pushy on the cases and screen protectors. I recommend going to a real Verizon location and not to use Cellular Sales.

I have been a Verizon customer for 25 years. I went to Verizon to see if they would be kind enough to help me put on my new screen protector for my phone. I was greeted professionally and courteously as I came in the door, by Sean M. Sean worked diligently to put the cover on and did a great job. Sean doesn't get paid extra when he does these tasks but he makes loyal customers happy. It is employees like Sean M. that keep me loyal to Verizon.

Stopped by the Verizon store at Potomac Yard to price a new watch for our daughter. The Verizon rep shared incredible deals with me that resulted in a new watch, a new phone and a new phone line for a family member. Muhammad was on top of his game and assisted us thoroughly.

I went to this location originally because my phone had died and I needed help getting a replacement. Sean was the worker who "helped" and after talking with him, he offered a Motorola edge, (I had a Samsung Galaxy S9) and told me that the price of my phone and all of my payments should have gone down. However, instead all of my bills and phone payment actually INCREASED. on top of this the phone continued to have issues even to this day. On top of that I had tried to take advantage of a deal they had for their WiFi, Sean neglected to tell me that without the bundle deal (which was $25 with a line) the WiFi itself was $70! Sean is a charlatan and a liar! It caused me to have some very serious distrust with Verizon. DO NOT deal with Sean if you go to this location. Sean will lie to you and it will cause nothing but headaches

Let me tell you about my awesome experience with Umar from Verizon at Richmond Highway. This guy knows how to treat customers right! From the moment I walked into the store, it felt like I was just chatting with a regular person, not some pushy salesperson.Umar was so chill and helpful. He didn't try to shove more services down my throat or pressure me into anything. Instead, he took the time to answer all my questions and gave me all the info I needed, and then some. Seriously, this guy knows his stuff!What I loved the most was that Umar wasn't just some corporate robot. He shared his personal experiences and stories that helped me understand things better. It was like talking to a friend who had been through it all before. That personal touch made a huge difference.And get this, Umar didn't stop at just telling me about the plans and services.
