Came into the store to get my son a new phone and was helped by Sean. Not only did he help get my son into a new phone he helped get myself a new phone. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I watched the store manager assist an elderly couple understand how to better use their phones and even provided her cellphone number if they needed assistance. Would highly recommend this store over all in the area.

extremely disrespectful reps in-store. rude, using inappropriate language towards customers. they don’t help seniors citizens with respect, they’re not patience at all and sometimes lash out. never going to an authorized retailer ever again if the reps are the same as this one.

Sean was great to work with. Straightforward, friendly and transparent. I had gone to the other Verizon store in pentagon city and wow what a difference to come to this store. I’ll def come back here.

After coming back from an international trip I had an issue with getting phone service. Samantha was able to quickly help me out and get my service back. She is very efficient, helpful, and easy to talk to. I highly recommend consulting with her If you have any questions or need an upgrade.

Trying to get assistant for Verizon Fios is a pain in the butt. I called and got several different scenarios about why my account was being overcharge and not updating. I was offered a discount and had even more trouble trying to get them to apply it. Online I got an agent who had no idea of what they were doing and wanted me to call in. I had three different Verizon customer agent give me all different information. They even had the nerve to offer mobile service. Hell no I don't want your mobile service! Its hard enough to get someone on the phone for assistance and when you do it seems no one has the same story or set of information.

Extremely inappropriate, rude, and disrespected by sales associate MITCHUpon entering the establishment, Mitch greeted us as we let him know that we needed a SIM card.After taking a seat at his desk, the employee proceeded to use derogatory words and was extremely disrespectful throughout the entire process. He asked me where I was from, and when I said, I’ve lived in a few cities so I tell people I’m just from the area, he proceeded to say, “he doesn’t give a s*** and he was just making conversation”.I’m extremely upset about the entire situation and baffled as to how this person felt that comfortable to swear at customers. No foul language was used by either of us, and we tried to maintain conversation until the process was finished so we could leave. We were even polite and thanked him upon leaving, but the entire exchange was highly inappropriate left us with a terrible opinion of Verizon.

Recently called this location to resolve an issue related to a subscription I was supposed to receive with a recent upgraded phone/plan. “Ray” from Cellular Sales answered the phone not even completely paying attention, and upon informing me that I hard the wrong department, only gives me the first three digits of the number I should call instead and proceeds to hang up before I could ask any other question. Terrible service.

Sean, Ramone and Malachi were super helpful! They all attended to our needs and were super professional. We came and upgrade our s22 ultra to the s23 ultra. But most importantly they were patient and assisted us with all our service needs. We highly recommend.

Service was amazing. I don't know who this guy is but he went above and beyond for me because I didn't know what to do because my old phone broke down. Service was amazing but I was really sad and disappointed when I couldn't get my photos back from my old phone. Otherwise Service 10/10 and highly recommend!

This is not a "real" Verizon store aka it is not a corporate location. So if you come in to drop off a trade in or something, they can't help you. They are unapologetic and make not effort to distinguish themselves from a full service Verizon store.
