I believe in 2022 the Spanish lady cashed my check even though my ID was in the process of being renewed. She cashed my check even tho it's been like 8 plus years since I've been a customer there. I swear some customer service can go a long way. I love that woman soooooo much. I owe that lady.

This place is full of $hit and definitely cash checks for who they want to Everytime I go in this place they always claim they can't verify something I went in there to cash my money order went through the process she claim her corporate office couldn't verify I called the post office myself in front of her it definitely was verifiable . I asked for her corporate office number she claim they don't have one but you stated corporate is the one who couldn't verify it . She looked nervous because she knew she was lying she just didn't want to cash it . My mother went in there right behind me we got the money order from the same post office and all she cashed my mom's with no problem they pick and choose who they want to cash checks for and it's sad I asked her can I have the printout where it's showing you can't verify it she refuse to give me the information I asked for the manager information she refused to give me that she never one time verified anything she just didn't want to cash it she always rude and nasty and I will be taking this further . I went somewhere else and chased it with no problem they verified and didn't have any problems.
