Online it says shop opens at 9:00 am, but it doesn’t not. I waited 20 mins after 9 and still nothing. Wasted my time and gas going to this smoke shop. Would not recommend!!!!!

Terrible, the truth is, I bought a product that didn't work, I came back, I changed it, it didn't work either, not even the batteries, I came back and it's been a week, they didn't give me my money back, they didn't change the machine because it was expensive, I paid for something that didn't work and they gave it no more. liquid and vape like 20 dollars that does not replace the machine that costs 145 and I came back and did not even want to change the machine or anything, the truth is that it is not fair that I pay for something act that serves it and that apart from that it does not help me, it is not my problem you have things that don't work totally disappointed

Not sure who owns the place in Woodbridge Virginia where I now go to get vapes. I did live in Leesburg, VA where the customer service is hands down; the best. Recently moved to Woodbridge and go to the Tobacco Hut off Route 1 and found Ianna whom works with the establishment. She is great and recommends great products that are within my budget and recommends flavors I like. When I go in; she's always cleaning or fronting the store. This place has been RAPIDLY declining in the past 2 years. While the lady I see there sometimes is polite, there is a very RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL guy there that basically acts like having to "deal" with customers is an "inconvenience" to him. The last time I saw him, I was in the middle of trying to conduct purchases and asking questions about products when he suddenly took a phone call on speaker with both parties SCREAMING in loud Arabic or something. I tried to WAIT for him to get off the call and tend to ME, the customer, but he just kept rambling and YAPPING on the phone like I wasn't even there. I literally had to scream questions to him about products on the shelf, and rather than stop and actually LOOK at what I was pointing at, he would just "sling" a few boxes onto the counter for me to look at. The people currently there know NOTHING about the merchandise they are selling - which juice is what or what coils match a particular tank. This place is POORLY stocked and has a VERY limited range of juices - almost everything is "fruit" nothing else, and if something is out of stock and they say "we will have it tomorrow" or "next week" DO NOT believe them. These people give the "run around" instead of saying they can't GET a particular product anymore just to try to keep you coming back. Word of advice, do NOT buy any tanks or vape DEVICES here because within month or 2 they will stop carrying the coils, etc you need. I bought a tank here a couple months ago for which they stocked coils for, and the ALL OF A SUDDEN in th past month they seem to never have the matching coils in stock with this same RUDE guy saying some will be in "tomorrow" or "next week". The current guy there is SHADY, dishonest and RUDE and this place is not a reliable place for high quality vape supplies I'll be finding OTHER local stores and shopping online because these folks LIE too much

There’s a younger dude that’s here during the day and he’s a real one, never had an issue. But the other, older lookin dude that works behind the counter is always high on something, slurring his words and struggling with simple questions. and usually rude. If you ask for any kind of info about a product, he usually has no clue and has given me inaccurate/false info multiple times. They have an ok selection but they’re way overpriced, you’d be better off ordering online or going 1.5 blocks down the street to the tobacco king. I got a cheapo $7.99 item down the street that the guy here was trying to sell me for $20. Also half of the smok coils I’ve purchased from this location have been duds out of the package. Save yourself the hassle and money and take your business elsewhere.
