PJ was awesome and provided us with excellent assistance with regards to getting my package shipped. She went above and beyond to explain rates, timing, and options so that we could choose with confidence. She also gave me some phenomenal advice in the process, and I really appreciated it.

Most rude employees at the front desk. Especially the young female with the nose ring. She pointed at the card reader without saying a word to let me know it was ready, then once my receipt printed she basically threw it into my hand. If you don’t like your job then you should find a new one. Pathetic how the employees here are.

The two female employees (young ones) are rude and seem as though they don't want to be at work. You shouldn't do customer service if you're going to be in a bad mood all the time! I dread coming to this location because I'm not wrapped too tight and might snap! Just do your job and leave the attitude at home!!!

This is the worst post office, the staff that work there have no concept of what a JOB is, how to present themselves, how to be customer service. It is HORRIBLE. This PO should be shut down. I have had so many nightmare experience here, I cannot write about it, just know the staff there seem Barbaric, from another planet, truly unbelivable. My 8 year old G-Grand could give 300% better service. This includes the managers, not just the counter "help" Private Industry Hurry, they need to be taken over QUICK.

After reading some of the negative reviews posted here, I'm surprised. Each time I've visited this post office, I've had a good experience. Today, one week before Christmas, the line moved quickly, and the employees were very professional, efficient, and friendly.

It looks like being rude and unkind are skills needed for staff to work here! So terrible! It costs nothing to be kind to people. The staff here need some serious training on customer service, they were not only rude to me, but to others in line, including elderly people or people who have limited English. So sad to have a federal employee behave so awful! We pay for this service with our taxes! Everyone deserves to be treated nicely. This is probably the worst post office service in the area. This has happened every time and nothing seems to change here.

There were 2 front clerks(Allison and other female no name badge) texting on their phones while assisting customers VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! The 2nd clerk with long braids seem impatient and loud when speak to customers. Never had this experience ever. TERRIBLE SERVICE

went there the other day. I am a senior so I needed just some small assistance with verifying the address I was sending my mail to. Michael the small man in the glasses was very unwilling to help me, he looked more bothered than anything. he was sucking his teeth at my movements and question, like he had other things better to do. I just don’t understand how you can act so rudely to someone who just needed some assistance. Horrible service, horrible staff! I hope his boss sees this review. a miserable person like that has no business working that job!

this is the worst usps center i’ve ever been to. the staff are so rude! Michael the short front desk man that wears glasses is very rude and condescending. he didn’t offer me any help when i’ve been waiting for over an hour and he was also smacking on his gum while talking to me. just so rude and unprofessional. I recommend you write a letter to the senator because that is the only way things will change at that place
