Fail to pickup packages with an online pickup date, waited here all day for a "No Show" from the postal carrier, and waited over 1hr + with 2 agents that had no idea as to what they were doing with nothing being resolved.

I filed a claim for a missing package and was told someone would reach out to update me on it, it was supposed to have been delivered in Feb, no update! Opened a second claim and it was closed with NO ACTION and I have a second missing package. No one will answer the phone! Terrible customer service! Find my missing shipments! Update me!

Ghetto / Hood management… one of the clerks uses a computer keyboard to reach & push the gate door up. Trashy, low class… your usual U.S. under appreciated Post Office w/ no self kiosk because the Virginia government is racist. When did Alexandria turn into PG county?

I had a very pleasant experience here. I needed to mail something to the UK and the lady behind the counter was nice and gave me the paperwork I needed to fill out. I completed it and paid for the postage. She politely let me know in the future I should use a larger box to fit the customs paper in it, but she would allow it this time.

Beware this Asian lady in the Counter . Horrible customer Service and Horrible Up charge. Normally I print my label when I ship but I run out of time so I decided to just go straight to this post office ! This Asian lady up charge me double for what I used to pay for same box and same weight ! I will never ever use this location ever again !! I assuming a lot of customer that doesn’t know to much about shipping get Up -charge with that lady !

This is a decent, small neighborhood post office. The staff is friendly and efficient. It's not a museum. It's a post office which provides a very important service to our neighborhood.
