This Cece woman is horrible and I can’t wait for Ms. Eva to return. Been coming to this post office for a year and the longest I’ve ever spent inside was 4 minutes tops…Ms. Eva had this thing running like a well oiled machine while this woman takes over 15 minutes to handle 2 customers. That’s not an exaggeration either, you’d be lucky if she’s done with a customer in 7 minutes with the way she runs her mouth. This Cece person cannot focus to save her life and moves at the pace of a slug. I gave her the benefit of the doubt the first couple times because I thought she may have drank too much coffee or was nervous at starting a new job. After 3 times of experiencing this (this last time being the worst and longest) I realize this is a chronic personality problem and something the manager needs to handle. If she spent as much time doing her job as a front desk employee, as she does talking like she’s on her lunch break with everybody and their mother, she may actually be decent. I’m not saying don’t be nice or kind to customers, but her inability to shut her mouth is impeding on her ability to do her job. This is not social hour and she clearly has never worked in customer service before because she is incapable of balancing speaking to customers with ringing them up and sending them on their merry way. No awareness, consideration or respect for customers time. I waited over 20 minutes this last time for her to ring up 2 customers and was late for my appointment because she could not control herself and kept having in depth personal conversations while taking forever to fill out a simple form. What’s crazy is she’ll be done ringing someone up and take the entire next 5 minutes continuing the convo and not taking the next customer in line. I feel like I’m on the show “What Would You Do?” and there’s a hidden camera somewhere seeing how long people will tolerate her nonsense before they explode and tell her to shut up and move it along. She seems to be the type of person that unfortunately thinks everyone wants to be her friend and does not know how to create boundaries with customers because I know she see the the line of people waiting to be helped visibly growing while she continues talking. Until she appeared I have never seen the line of customers go out the door and into the lobby. If this woman stays, she’s going to have a line all the way out the door to the 7 eleven due to her desperation for attention and lack of self-control. A few words she needs to learn and practice… efficiency, timeliness, restraint and silence. I’m so sick of this and praying things return to normal soon and they get Ms. Eva back to running this thing right.

Blown away! I used to dread going to the post office, but then they hired Cece! She is so nice I even asked for the USPS survey to fill it out on behalf of her, which I never ever do. I now look forward to going to the post office and use them more often. Please don’t take Cece away from us! Excellent customer service!

Cece singlehandedly turned this place from a 1 star post office to a 5 star post office.

Wow, CeCe is such a delight! Been there with a long line and also as the only customer, she’s always kind and helpful. Really appreciate having her at my local post office!

I’ve never left a 5 star review for a USPS until today. Cece is an absolute angel! Truly the kindest USPS worker I’ve ever come in contact with. Even though our interaction was short and sweet, it was all the time needed to experience her kindness.

The young woman, Eva, who helped me today was gave me the best service that I have received at a post office in years. She is knowledgeable about the shipping process and displays kindness. As the only employee in this establishment, I was impressed that she was still so thoughtful. This will be the only post office I use in the area.

Just moved back to the area after 5 years abroad. Change of address verification. Had most pleasant experience. Smart young and motivated postal worker. Very helpful. Welcomed me back to the States. In and out in under 5 minutes.

This is such a convenient USPS location, but unfortunately I won't be using it again. The woman at the counter this afternoon not only didn't let me check the shipping addresses or confirm the rates during the payment processes, but proceeded to throw my items across the room once I paid. Unbelieveable.

We revisited on 26th March and had a very pleasant experience, the lady at the counter was patient and helpful.

Lady at the counter got an attitude for no reason. Also I asked “Where can I find the free envelopes?” (because usps has those) and was told that didn’t exist. Had to pay for one and I was selling something. I actually lost all my profit plus a little for the shirt I was shipping. Just go to the usps on surge street.

If I could give zero stars I would. The young woman who works here is beyond unprofessional and unpleasant. I'm amazed she still has a job after all these negative reviews. The USPS is a joke. Avoid this location at all costs. I'd rather pay more at UPS then come to this dingy location with weird music blasting and a surly employee.

Location is supposed to open at 9am on Saturdays and it's almost 10 with no sign of opening although the location says it's open.

I dread having to go to this post office location. There’s a miserable employee at the counter and it makes me very uncomfortable and reluctant to go here. Unfortunately it’s the only post office within reasonable walking distance so I’m forced to go for the convenience, but I try not to. I understand we all sometimes have bad days but I specifically go out of my way to be kind and do not get greeted back… not even eye contact. I feel like I’m not being treated like a human being. Always an awful experience and I wish USPS would do something about it.
