I love this UPS location! I come here all the time for shipping, printing, copies, you name it. Every employee has been incredibly helpful and accommodating. This is not the closest location to my home, but I choose this location because of their exceptional service.

Just horrible service and a very rude and hostile notary.. he not only refused to follow the hospital directive to sign in blue ink, even used racial slur as we exited the store. Management probably supports pervasive selective ethnic hostilities and engaging in discrimination based on grossly misguided hatred.

What is wrong w these ppl! Just a horrible interaction…… I had an Amazon return and both men were awful! I practically had to beg to use tape that was right in front of them… I needed 4 pieces and they wanted me to buy a whole roll! They were very rude and weird too!

I showed up at 4:01 on a Sunday. I hoisted a huge package out of my trunk, walked it to the door, and the door had already been locked and they refused to open the door. It was a drop off that was already labeled so it wouldn’t have added any time to their work day (there were still customers in there) I get that closing time is 4 pm, but a little compassion goes a long way.It’s a shame that a franchise that is locally owned is so lackluster in the customer service department.

I would like to share a very disrespectful inappropriate experience that I had 1/24/24. I had a package coming from T-Mobile. Of course that would be a cell phone. I noticed that my cell phone was keeping me up-to-date as far as where the location of my package was and the most recent stated comment stated that it was out for delivery and that there is an option to change the location due to the fact it needed a signature. Please let me warn you don’t ever do that. I was excited to have this option appointed to me for $5.99. When I opted to use this option I had chose this option at 9:33 AM when it stated my phone was out for delivery. I was a little,wary I do know things can happen, but I also was in a predicament where I couldn’t sign for this package and that I do work a full-time job and thought this would be the better option. Please take heat to my warning and don’t ever make that an option however, I went to the local UPS located at Kingstown to see if I could get some help because there was no updated status as to where the location of my package which was a phone. however, I had spoke with the customer service rep at the store and stated to them a disclaimer. Please allow me to talk to someone that is very knowledgeable because I’m having a hard time getting a straightforward answer so I proceeded to state there’s no updated status on my phone, the manager, Chris comes over with a very nasty demeanor, not welcoming at all. However, I did notice he was talking to a woman I believe the ethnicity was Caucasian. He was very pleasant with her, and I did make note of that before he walked over to me, so as he’s listening, he is very short with me and he states after I stated my concern of not having an updated status on my UPS app .He then proceeds to ask me and a very unwelcoming Tom, so what you think your package is on the side of the road ? So now I’m taking back by this as a black woman who is concerned of a package being stolen or supposedly lost?I’ve then stated to him yes, I do think my package is lost because again I change the location and I was getting updated statuses until today . Therefore, packages can get lost so he then proceeds to try to give me the corporate number and as I’m informing him they’re stating they can’t help me. They just keep giving to me a automated system. He’s literally repeating what I say in a very short manner in a very brushoff demeanor, so therefore, I believe he didn’t have this demeanor to the Caucasian lady but again I am a black woman and the demeanor is very rude and the unnecessary comment of oh what you think your package is on the side of the road. Was horrible so I do believe he is the owner again. It does not give anyone right to treat anyone rude or disrespectful due to their race color sex any origin of anything there’s no reason to disrespect anyone. So I write this review for my black community. Please be worn of Mr. Chris Jackson. He is the owner and however, I do not feel or trust he would even care . So to my black community, please take heed and when coming in contact with Mr. Chris Jackson. I will also be reporting this to corporates office. I do understand this is a franchise however, there are supposed to be guidelines and policies that still have to be followed. oh and a PSA I went to the Corparate warehouse of UPS and yes they stayed at my phone is stolen or loss. Which I had already figured when I went to Mr. Chris Jackson’s store so you see that comment was unecessary

After having a terrible interaction at a UPS location off of Duke Street, it made me realize how efficient and nice this particular location is. The gentlemen who work there are always pleasant, always quick/knowledgeable, and always willing to help each other in order to ensure that the line moves quickly. I’ve learned from my mistake and will never go to a different location again.Thanks guys! ?? ?☺️

I always have a good experience at this store. The associates are all really helpful, they work as quickly as they can when they have a long line, but they still make sure you get everything you need
