The cashier was very rude. I was trying to ship something out and missed the time at the USPS store and tried this location to see if they could return it for me. The girl at the cashier was very rude when I asked if the barcode I showed worked and she responded very rudely. I then asked if there is a way where I can ship it without the barcode and pay for a new label and she said “again we aren’t usps wait until Monday to figure it out”. Very rude and unprofessional.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE FOR PASSPORT PHOTO. I was here for passport photos and it was done incorrectly according to the Department of State's guidelines. They won't give you refund or retake your photo unless you have a rejection letter. This is ridiculous when you pay so much money for your passport application and taking a risk of being rejected. They will take your photo close up to your face and not following the standard of passport photo. Save your time and money by going to USPS or somewhere else who know what they are doing. Trust me on this if you don't want to pay twice.

Poor customer service, the lady at the front desk is super rude. I had 5 packages return, and i mistakenly gave her the wrong qr code it was easy to figure out, and she started showing me attitude like i gave her the wrong one intentionally, what a piece of ****. I've used fedex before and have shipped more than 10 boxes at the same time with no issues they are super cool about it. Super expensive charge of 3+ dollars just to sign in to the computer.

They charge almost 3.00 to use the computer to print the label separately, you must pay for the printing

Bad service, the cashiers, one rude and the other clueless, not to mention that for
use a computer to print which takes a minute they charge you 3.00 apart from this you must pay for the printing.

Disappointing customer service. Two young ladies were anything but helpful. Asked how much peanuts were and answer was "I don't know, check the bag." Complained about box not being sealed when I came to see how much additional packaging would cost. Sad because the previous experience with this store was great.

I have been using this location for years for all my shipping needs and never have a problem. Nothing has ever been lost returning to Amazon as has been done with other locations. The people here are friendly, expeditious and professional. I don’t know why people are giving them lower scores because they are great!

If you liked to be nickle and dimed, this UPS Store is just for you! They want to try to charge $3.39 just to LOGIN to their computer and then charge $1 PER PAGE to print! Yep, read that right! ANY OTHER UPS Store in this area, you can email the store email and they will print it for $1 for the first page and 25¢ for each page after that... I would NEVER step foot in this UPS Store for ANY of my shipping needs, print needed or not. That is absolutely INSANE for ONE piece of PAPER! Hope these people can sleep at night knowing they are ripping people off...
