Very helpful store. I sent a package from Va to Dallas tx and the representative was extremely helpful, he made sure my package was secure and put extra tape so it wouldn’t open. Made a return to Amazon and sent it with this store and the representative this time was also very helpful. Quick and easy!

Avoid this location!!!! Horrible customer service. Came here to drop off a package for USPS as this is acceptable at most UPS locations but not this place.When asking to speak with a manger I was told I couldn’t, very unprofessional.

I would give this store 100 stars if I could! The owner of the store, Ms. Ke, personally helped me with a huge print job I needed done for my church. I am obsessed with how amazing the poster came out. 1000% recommended this store for any kind of print jobs you need!

Worst ups experience ever. Had an amazing return and they wanted me to buy a $19 box to put it in. Whole Foods is so much better and doesn’t try to upsell you . The girl was really rude about it all too. Which made it even worse.

Neyda and Chiachi went above and beyond to help me get my posters printed on time for a conference. Neyda was so easy to work with and did everything possible to accommodate my last minute request with grace and professionalism.

Neyda went above and beyond to assist me the day I had a large delivery! I appreciate every week that I come in, she greets me with a smile and is always welcoming. The store is very busy but she listens to my needs and works hard to accommodate the request I make! Thank you so much for the consistent and excellent customer service !

Just had an amazingly bad experience at this store. Previously, I have had good experience there but not today. I ordered some wine and had it shipped to the UPS Store as is an option. The app showed it as delivered on the 23rd. I went in on the 24th and I was told it wasn’t there but is was common that drivers show the package as delivered but don’t deliver it until the following day. They said they’d call me when it was delivered. They never did so I went in today, the 25th. At first they couldn’t find the box, but then they finally found it and pronounced that it would cost me an additional $25 delivery fee to receive the package. I have never had this happen before and use the service frequently. They said there was a new owner and that this was a new policy. It was never disclosed at the shipment end, however, the sales girl provided the terribly helpful explanation that, well now I knew because she was telling me. If it had been my employees, I would have had them waive the fee and just tell me about it for the future. But that’s not what happened. I won’t be using that location again and will certainly tell the shipper about the terrible customer service experience.

Store employees were extremely helpful and knowledgeable of the print services, they quickly and expertly managed an extremely large print order of a couple hundred pages.

I called ahead of time and asked if I could get my documents notarized. The woman who answered the phone said “yes, the notary is in until 4:00pm.” Thus, I hired a babysitter, drove from DC to Alexandria and stood in line for 30 minutes. Only to arrive at the counter to be told that there are “no appointments” on a Saturday. She said that I needed to make an appointment. I noted that I had called ahead of time and no one indicated that was necessary. In the time we had that back and forth conversation the document could have been notarized. Poor customer service
