Had a printer that wouldn't feed paper. They diagnosed the problem and found a bent pin. I would have never found that.

Had a smashed cell phone screen, they cleaned the phone and replaced the screen. Looks better than new. Staff is very nice. I watched them deal with several idiots ahead of me that wanted everything for nothing, they never got flustered.

Computer is working, everything is moved to somewhere? Biggest compliant is I was provided a receipt that just provided the amount paid. I asked for an invoice and something that showed there was a warranty on the hard drive. The person at the check out said we don’t give invoice, we have notes do if you have an issue we will see our notes. I said but I want yo see a breakdown of what was done. Again told we don’t provide that. So I paid for multiple things but gave nothing to know what they did. Disappointed.

Very bad experience with routine repair of a cracked iPhone screen. I regret wasting my time with them.
They couldn’t manage to repair a cracked screen. So instead, they undid the repair and returned a broken and non-functioning phone. And good luck trying to reach a real person at Asurion. A total waste of time and money.

Claudia was very professional and helped fix my broken screen within a few hours. There is ample parking in the lot outside and below the building by the stairs. I recommend this location.
