The best around. I came to DC from LA early last year and hooked up with these guys to find a place. Their name really says it all, everything and I mean everything was taken care of. It had the reach of a larger organization but a lot of personal attention you'd expect from a smaller company. I worked with Eric, JJ, and Wendy the most and would recommend these guys over anyone. From furniture and wifi to packages and billing, it was, as the name clearly implies, all very turnkey. Outstanding all around, great outfit.

We did not actually use them. They did not have what we needed at the time. But Eric was very nice, and was even gracious enough to recommend a competitor who might. That's a good sign, and makes them worthy of giving the opportunity of your business.

Working with Eric was a great experience! He is very responsive, thinks outside the box, and is readily available to show you listings. The rentals he had in Penn Quarter were great, nicely furnished and fully stocked. Just need to bring your clothes. I highly recommend working with him and his company.

Working with Eric at Turnkey has been beyond wonderful. As a result of his professional and competent team, my recent move from California to D.C. has been as easy as it gets! When I flew out to look for housing several months ago before my Fall move, Eric toured me around several locations to help me decide where I'd want to live for the year I'm here. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I never felt rushed. Once I decided on location, he secured a fantastic apartment for me shortly before my Sept move. I literally only had to walk in with my suitcases because everything was in place from day one: furniture, appliances, bedding,etc. My TV and cable were working also! He even went the extra mile and hooked up my printer several weeks after I moved in! If you're looking for a pain-free move, kind and competent service, Turnkey Housing is your "Solution"! The team at TurnKey Housing was awesome. I was on a 6 month detail with the government to DC and searching for apartments on my own was a nightmare. There were so many options and without seeing where these options were it made things very difficult. TurnKey was recommended to me and I'm so glad I was able to get their help. They asked for some ideas on where I'd like to live, they presented some options and gave their honest, sound advice even if the rent was more expensive than another place. They picked a great spot for me and accomodated all my requests, including lawn furniture and other amenities. I had no issues with billing, the furniture they provided was exceptionally clean and made my experience much less stressful. I highly recommend them, you won't be disappointed!

My wife and I have relocated for work several times. This includes prior experience with "Fortune-50 Cadillac Relo" plans where the company "takes care of everything." Turnkey Housing provided a "Cadillac Experience" but on a budget you could afford on your own, as a small company or an independent consultant.When I moved in, everything was all setup: furniture, cooking equipment, linens, and even cable TV and a high speed modem. Moving from your own house to a temp apartment can be hard: it brings back all the issues of coordinating repairs with building management, getting addition help items "like a step ladder", and everything else. Eric and JJ took all of this for me. Since they do this full-time, they were able to take care of issues more efficiently than I would if I was renting out an apartment in my own name.I strongly recommend them for any temp living arrangements in the Alexandria/Arlington area both if you are moving yourself or are a small business relocating new employees to the area.

There are few things that I could say about TurnKey that haven't already been said about Jesus.First, JJ is my savior. I had another lease lined up with another company but- when I came in to sign the lease two days before I was due to move in- this other company bailed on the payment structure. We had verbally agreed on them WEEKS before, but she didn't run the numbers of my sliding scale per diem until 10 minutes(!) before we were due to sign the lease. Needless to say, I was in desperate need of Christ-like saving.That afternoon, a leasing department put in touch with JJ from TurnKey. He stepped off of his cloud, put down his halo, and showed me the Holy Land. He stayed up with me the first night I made contact with him to show me several great furnished apartments that aligned with what I was looking for. He woke me up the next morning to tell me he was in touch with all the leasing departments who were ready for me to swing by any time that day. I toured the best of them without incident. The leasing office already seemed to have a great relationship with JJ.I wish this story had a happier ending but, due to some unique personal needs, I ended up going with another company. They were decidedly less similar to the savior of the universe. Even so, JJ brought the goods and had unbeatable customer service. Give TurnKey a shot. They'll will take great care of you.

I was sent to DC on a 18 month assignment and a friend recommended TurnKey. They absolutely lived up to their name. I answered a few questions over the phone about where i wanted to live, my budget and the amenities I was looking for. I showed up on a Sunday, turned the key and everything i needed was there. I have had a few issues with the apartment and the guys from TurnKey were on it the same day I told them about it, with the issue being handled the very same day! I recommend TurnKey to anyone looking for long term but temporary accomadations in the DC area.

TurnKey was recommended to me by a co-worker. I utilized their services when I was transferred to DC. JJ and Eric were a pleasure to deal with during the entire process. They made the housing portion of the transfer stress free. It was so easy I was waiting for something bad to happen but it never did. I have recommended their company to other co-workers who have since used their company and are equally satisfied. I would highly recommend their company for your housing needs. Customer satisfaction is their number one concern.

I can't say enough good things about Turnkey. From beginning to end they have taken care of every need I had for a temporary move to the DC area. JJ and Eric helped find our house, furnish it, take care of all utilities, and have been available to be at the house to take care of any improvements while I was at work. The best part is that they take care of all your bills so you only pay one company which makes dealing with reimbursement much easier. I wish customer service were as important to all companies as it clearly is with Turnkey.

Turnkey has been invaluable in our move to VA. They take care of everything! They handle all of the interactions with our homeowner, which has been a life saver. Anytime something has broken or needed a repair, they made the arrangements and took care of it. It has been very convenient to interact only with them and have them as a buffer and an advocate for us. I highly recommend them!

TurnKey helped me when I got temporarily sent to DC for work. They found me an apartment in the neighborhood I wanted, furnished it with everything I could need to have a comfortable home, set up all of the utilities, so when I showed up, I walked right in, unpacked my clothes and was ready for work the next day.
