I hired Traylor Design & Construction to renovate my bathroom, and I couldn't be happier with the results. From start to finish, the team was professional, courteous, and highly skilled.During the renovation process, the crew was punctual, respectful of my home, and worked diligently to complete the project on schedule. The quality of their workmanship exceeded my expectations, and they paid close attention to every detail, from the tiling to the installation of fixtures.Overall, I highly recommend Traylor Design for anyone considering a bathroom renovation. Could not be happier with our bathroom remodel. Andre and his team did 2 jobs for us, one was structural and the other was a redesign of the bathroom. His crew was ontime, worked quickly and even corrected an emergency plumbing issue that popped up - not related to the work they were doing. They were responsive to our questions and to changes to the original project scope, like storage and recessed lighting. Highly recommend.

Traylor Design remodeled our walk-in master bath shower after it was found to be cracked and leaking. They replaced and repaired everything quickly and with very high quality work. They made sure to check in with me and show me the work after every step so I could see and understand the progress as it went. I would definitely recommend them and use them again in the future!

We renovated our small master bathroom and couldn't be happier with the results. Renata, Andre and their construction team were very responsive and we had great communication throughout the entire project. The team showed up exactly at 8 a.m. every morning through the project and did a professional job. I would work with them again on future projects.

I WOULD NOT WISH THESE PEOPLE UPON MY WORST ENEMY. AVOID THEM LIKE THE PLAGUE. I hired Andre to build a deck with a rain drainage system to ensure the area under the deck would not get wet. Not only were there constant delays during construction, but when the project was completed, there were scratched Trex deck boards and other minor issues, but the main issue was that the drainage system was a COMPLETE FAILURE. After OVER THREE MONTHS of pestering him, Andre blamed one of his "inexperienced" workers and said he'd honor his guarantee and fix the deck. He came with a worker, lifed the boards, replaced the Rainescape membranes, and I hoped that would be the end of it, but the leaks continued, and only got worse. After that, Andre and his wife Renata completely stopped responding to messages. They are completely unprofessional and clearly INEPT. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY and find another contractor for your project(s)! Check out this company's Facebook page for videos of the shoddy work they did for me.

We are so pleased with our experience with Traylor. The entire process was smooth and we felt supported by experts every step of the way. Their specialized team are extremely skilled and offer suggestions and ideas along the way. They quickly troubleshoot issues and stick to their timeframes which was extremely appreciated living through construction. We wholeheartedly recommend Traylor. We love our new bathrooms!!

We absolutely love our new bathroom!Andre, Manny, and their team were incredible. They personally handled our remodel with professionalism, interest, and care. They were knowledgable in a well rounded manner, helped guide us on decisions which were tough to make, and provided options when needed. The daily teams always arrived on time, staged their work in a protected area, and ensured the project stayed isolated so the rest of house was clean. They were very kind and included Andre or Manny on details that were not outlined in the project scope so we could all address the changes or details forgotten (small things like position of the shower heads, location of shower door based on access, even toilet proximity to window!) We felt very involved and impressed by all of the teams.The only thing that we would recommend is to stay on top of changes. While every project will have unknowns and modifications, there needed to be extra reviews on change orders with the back office documentation. Payment and schedules were not communicated in advance, so there were times where payment was made and bills were still coming in, or payment was expected but bills were not sent to both home owners. This was easy to handle for our project size, but might want to be further detailed on larger scopes.All in all, 10 out of 10 and will be hiring these guys again. We have also recommended them to our neighbors :)

Just want to share my experience with Traylor Design & Construction - they're are the best - just brought a new home and the builder wanted too much money to add a coffered ceiling - I contacted Traylor and they gave me a price within my price range and I'm very pleased with the work - and my hats goes off to the crew they sent to perfom work - they did an outstanding job - yes I will be hiring them to do mu out outside kichen. Call them now if you need any home remolding .

Back in January (2017), my husband and I hired Andre at Traylor Design and Construction to renovate our kitchen. We had already sourced the materials that we wanted to use—new appliances, new cabinets, new flooring, new backsplash and countertops—but we had decided we wanted to hire an experienced contractor rather than to try to do it ourselves. I couldn’t be happier with the results. Andre was professional and personable in every interaction, and his crew was polite, clean, and skilled. We had several little hiccups (we have an old house—some pipes were not where we were expecting them to be when we tore out the cabinets) but they addressed and overcame them quickly and with quality work. Andre was happy to work with any materials or designs I provided but offered another recommendation for sourcing our granite countertops. His recommendation saved my husband and I $200, improved the quality of the countertop we were going to receive, and shortened the order-to-installation time by over a week (at least). Andre and his crew even recommended small design tweaks that would make the kitchen look better. Considering I am not an interior designer by any means, these recommendations were welcomed. I’ve heard horror stories of kitchen renovations dragging on for weeks (or months!) and constantly creeping higher and higher in cost—that was a huge concern of mine when selecting a contractor. Andre and his crew stuck to the budget and completed everything within 2 weeks! We will definitely hire them again for future projects.
