I hate when I don’t read the reviews this cost $180 I do not recommend no talent. Not sure if they knew what they were doing at all . Hair is lopsided and the part is not even straight.

Eden the hair stylist doesn’t care about her customers all she sees is dollar signs. She has a very negative spirit the couple times I’ve went to her. She also slick charged me an extra 10$ when I showed up to my appointment for a style we had already agreed on over the phone. She was also late for my appointment by over 40 min once. I will find someone else

Horrible place. Not skilled at all. The lady that did my hair did not understand English. The owner i assume had to Kerri guiding her. Then she got annoyed and said go took out one braid and i left with two still in my head. I asked for stitch braids and she couldn’t get it together

I took my daughter there for the first time and was very happy. I usually get my hair done by Eden Saloon which by the way she does a fantastic job! Going there a couple of times I saw a lady who did someone's hair and told her that I will bring my daughter. The young lady did a beautiful job the first time. I really liked her servise and she is very polite and gentle. She did medium small box braids for her. I reached back to the young lady again through Eden Saloon for my daughter's back to school hair. I had appointment and took my daughter and my self doing my hair at my favorite place which is in the same location. My daughter wanted simple conerows on the front and box braids in the back. I also used her hair which the last time she charged extra 10$ for it and I was fine with it. When she was done doing my daughter's hair and I finished doing my hair, I was looking for the young lady who did my daughter's hair so I can pay her and give her her tip. Some one else I had no idea who she was, came out of blue started talking to me saying that the person who did your daughter's hair stepped out and you can pay me.... you pay here! She was very aggressive and rushing me. She charged me 130$ for a 10year old child's hair! I told her it was too much she said yes that was the price for the style. I live in Germantown drive 40mn to do my hair because I like Eden Saloon which is next to the girl I liked to do my daughter's hair so I bring my daughter because I am already going there anyways. The same hair style, my lady here in Germantown charges 60$ her hair included. She does my daughter's front Conerows smaller than the ones they did. I was VERY upset at the lady who I had no clue who she was aggressively taking my card and charged it while saying... yes that is price for the hair style. She has no proper customer service!! she was not the one who did my daughters hair and I bet you if that is her saloon then she is using this particular young lady who did my daughter's hair to make money off of her!!! I also have not seen her job but it might be a horrible one because all she sees is money and not the heart and quality of work. My advice to the young lady who actually did my daughter's hair should open and manage her own hair braiding business without being greedy and she will be very successful!!I give her 4.8 star because of her quality of work and how polite she is. But she need to stand up for herself and her customers. She need to have her own space. I hope she becomes successful and wishing her all the best!! The aggressive lady I give her Zero she need to learn some customer service quality and to stop being aggressive and greedy, looking at people and see $$$ instead of the people for who they are !!!Sorry for the long post but it is my honest truth!By the way rarely write review but I had to do this one!!!Service: Braids
