We had an excellent experience yesterday with delivery of a leather couch and chair. The company's communications about logistics were accurate and timely. The two delivery men were on time, courteous, cheerful and knowledgeable. It could not have gone more smoothly.

They have two packages from Wayfair for me from June 18th and they have not delivered it yet. They have rescheduled for three times and the last time they said July 6th. Three weeks to deliver from Alexandria to Falls Church which is less than 5 minutes drive.

6 weeks later, our vanity still has not been delivered and when you call the number is disconnected. Sketchy.
