I observed a situation where a homeless person was asking to have things on hold, and it seems that the customer service representatives at the cash register were rude to this individual, except for the Asian cashier who was sincere and soft-spoken. It is important to treat all customers with respect and professionalism, regardless of their background or circumstances. It is unfortunate that the behavior of the other cashiers was unprofessional, including yelling at the customer in front of everyone and laughing/smirking at the same time. This kind of customer service is not acceptable. It is worth considering how one would feel if it was a family member being treated poorly in such a situation. It would be helpful to review the camera footage to better understand the extent of the situation and address any issues that occurred.

Not a very comfortable environment if you’re a young person of color. Workers followed me to the cashier and acted like I didn’t notice. So sad. Is this how everyone is treated? I think not.

The manager, Kevin, was very helpful at locating the right sizes and products for me. He spent a lot of time assisting me when I know he probably had a lot of other work to do. I really appreciate his great customer service.
