Denied my use of a gift card I received from my redeemed Discover cash back. These employees are obviously not trained. I also called customer service and they blamed Discover, when in fact I called Discover beforehand and asked if anything was wrong. They confirmed nothing was wrong with the gift card and that they assume these employees are ignorant of their policies. Sad.

Why did I just leave this location & im shopping minding my business. Meanwhile LP is following me around & gving me stares. Im just browsing & buying a $13 beauty product like can you guys not make me feel uncomfortable. Not sure if ill be returning to this location unfortunately.

I was a manager in retail for years, so I know when I’m being watched and followed. Completely disgusted by this store and staff. Being profiled with my child and mother is insane. Just know if your black don’t come in this store with a bag no bigger than a wristlet because they will follow you. When I walked out the store(after paying for my items) the police left 5 seconds after me. Completely disgusting.

Nice selection. However you cannot take the cart to your car so it’s kinda hard to carry the bags out if you purchase a lot of items.

Horrible experience, can’t shop without someone watching & following you!But of course would let two young men steal & walk out the door with no problem or action to stop them!Once I find something on sale and willing to PAY for all of the items. It’s the wrong sale price on the items, young Hispanic lady want to disagree with me that the item it’s not on sale and obvious there a sale tag on it.Hopefully one day she have the same energy & attitude she gave me to the next thieves that come along again.Worry about the thieves not the CUSTOMERS that actually want to PAY! Regardless of the price on the item.Maybe I would be treated better if I was thieve instead of a paying customer.What a shame! Never coming back here again

The location is very good and convenient but I believe there is some kina shortage of goods because I couldn't find anything in my size wheather for shoes or clothes...Maybe more organizing would be helpful
