Good local gym apart of the Kingstowne HOA’s. What I can never understand is why it closes at 8pm on weekdays and 7pm on weekends. There doesn’t need to be a front desk person, it should just be a fob system for members to come as they please. Closes way too early

It's not bad for being part of the HOA. I think they should replace that weird angular sit-up thing with a hamstring glute developer. If they did that I would give it five stars. When a fitness center is that small they need to be more deliberate with what they offer that angular thing is supposed to do the same thing but just doesn't.

I have been here a few times...Good fitness facility, but today I was denied access because I used my husbands pass (which I have previously used at the facility)...I am dissapointed in this treatment even thou I had Identification with proof of residence and also bearing my husbands last name which is also proof of affiliation to the name on my pass. The lady said she will not allow me any access and that I will have to wait till monday and get my own pass before I will be allowed.

This is terrible service for a home owner.

One of the best features of living in Kingstowne. Friendly staff, never crowed, plenty of parking, and clean bathrooms.

This center is 2 blocks away from where I live so, I usually go there for cardio and strength exercises. Staff is attentive and they have a variety of machines for different exercises; but, the place is not that big. They also offer a lot of training classes and group sessions, I never tried any of them, but there's a bulletin board with the different sessions they offer as well as privet trainers. It's really hard to find any available cardio machines (especially ellipticals and treadmills) during peak times. However, they have a 30-minute time limit on these and they also have a sign in sheet so you can put your name for others to know that someone else is waiting for their turn. Unlike some other fitness centers, the people and staff there are very respectful and they would get off the machine after 30 minutes if there's someone else waiting.

I like it - clean gym, a nice selection of equipment, TVs to plug in and watch, decent music playing, and not usually too crowded. I'm really glad Kingstowne decided to build this center for the residents.

A nice enough community gym. Nothing special but it can definitely provide for most of your exercise needs. There is a 30 minute limit on all the cardio machines during peak hours (early AM and just after work) but aside from that, the place is never too busy. You must be a Kingstowne resident and have a community pass to enter the gym.
