The Alante is a tight knit community of respected professionals who look out for each other, be it tenants, leasing office, grounds team, or management. And they do really care for each other in every aspect. I've not seen or heard of any pests or infestation in my time at this residence - kudos Alante ! ?

Moved in about 3 months ago and haven’t really seen any rodents nor roaches. Some appliances didn’t work at first but the office and maintenance were quick to address the issues. So far so good.
