Poor work ethic and professionalism at this store location. The verbal communication amongst staff is way too free. Which feels very off putting as a customer! As soon as you enter the store, you’re stared at as if somehow you’re about to be an inconvenience. The energy is very weird!! Nothing wrong with keeping your work environment fun. Just remember the curtesy of your customers. The same way you anticipate the curtesy of a pay period!!

The first reason why your store got 3.9 cause of your agents working who are so negative and have negative attitude you can feel it.They barely got any customers and they rushing so fast and another agent laughing at my issues.Counting hours and making money, even a donkey can do that...we are humans ! So behave your self be professional.

I tried to trade in an s8 for an iPhone. A rep told me that not everything would be guaranteed to transfer over. I asked if photos & contacts at least could- to which she said yes. I didn't care about reinstalling apps if I had to.But photos and contacts was agreed to be transferred. Needless to say- it couldn't transfer to the iPhone. The photos took too long- but the reps were more concerned about the sale than customer service. I decided to void the transaction as they continued to have issues. At first they stated that I couldn't cancel the trade in as sales are final. But that's not true. I voided the sale.Somehow on my plan, I am 'deaf or hard of hearing'. I couldn't make or receive calls for a few days. I finally got my account and phone rectified with a much better tmobile team elsewhere.The service was petty and unprofessional.

This location always looks closed.But, I came in on a Saturday to upgrade my watch and phone.It was very busy, and I was greeted as I came in, and waited to be helped.The staff was very professional, and spirited... even though for the whole 3 hours I was there (i left while they were upgrading my phone to get lunch), people were pouring in. I'm not even sure if the employees were able to get a lunch break that day. From 11am- 4pm they were helping me and others, no one left the floor.I remember a male named Quan, and possibly manager Joe, and the male helping me the most... I could not remember his name (maybe sebastian, not fully sure).But all three were attentive, professional, patient, and helpful.They were swamped, and I still highly recommend their services. Thanks T-moble!!Only issue I would comment on is that it's annoying new customers get all of the new deals. I have been a t-mobile customer since I was 13. It's been over 12 years, and I have to start a new line and upgrade my plan to get promotions. So now I have 4 lines with only 3 devices, because it would be cheaper than to simple replace my old phone and old watch on the same line. So now instead of 3 devices and 3 lines, i have 3 devixes and 4 lines...but my bill is less. I get the the allure of new customers. But let's make life easy for the preexisting customes, and have a promotion for the people who have kept thir business going for years.

Bought a new Samsung Galaxy 23, was told I would get 50% off with a trade-in, but then T Mobile canceled the promotion and when I asked why, I was told my S9 had water damage. I am not aware of water damage, and T-MOBILE rep said they couldn't offer me any proof. So my options were to pay full price ? or return the phone under the buyer's remorse clause. Only problem is that I was out of town and could not return the phone in time. So I'm stuck paying full price, and I feel that I got a raw and very unfair deal.I heard from T Mobile today that they will honor the promotion - so that is very good news.

The people work here they don’t know what they’re doing. They told one thing and they doing something Elise. At the end of November 2022 I bought Apple iPhone 14pro max and there is a guy name quan Wilson if you buy one iPhone 14pro max you get 700 discount for the 2nd phone and I did. I paid for the both phone. On January 2023 the already started charged me for the 700.00. I went back to same store same in person told they will give same credit. Same story I came the store today there is a guy name Melvin said he is the manager and he try to blame even though quan saying he made a mistake. This isn’t serious place to buy a phone from this store. If I could I would give 0 star. People go somewhere else this people they have no clue what they doing. Whoever is mange this location should train them better. I’m very disappointed how he handled my situation.
