After waiting 20 minutes with employees standing around before even being welcomed into the store I was told that every high end phone in the store was out of stock, this has been several stores now. Why even come in if nothing worth buying is in stock

Yovanny is amazing. He was able to help me and answer all my questions. He was extremely patient with me. His customer service was so good I decided to buy the new iPhone 15 pro max. Thank you so much I will definitely be back.

Pedro is amazing and super helpful. We had an issue with our account and he worked with customer care to make sure it was corrected and we were happy. His customer service is outstanding and he makes you feel heard and wants to genuinely wants to help.

Avoid T Mobile in a whole please I beg you, they had great service something changed recently as of October 2023 and customer service is extremely horrible now, in store and over the phone, they are a scam literally T-Mobile does not have your best interest as a customer they just can't wait to sell you another device and not help when it doesn't work at all brand new out of the box smh I'll be going back to at&t very soon here and getting better device from Walmart tbh, step your game up T-Mobile just do better seriously God is watching you.

Customer service associates can be very difficult to find a good one in most large companies but Pedro is very helpful and kind.

I do not recommend this t mobile in bradlee shopping center,staff is not helpful enough. Always in a hurry to go and sit in his chair.

I will say the representative mischaracterized grossly how the purchase should have been. He flat out lied to sell you things that are not required and needed. Its either you buy protection plan with the device or he is not selling the phone to you . I don't recommend this store

I always come to this location since 2016 I seen workers come and go all of them are nice . But today I come IVy helps me do not give me wrong she is cool but there is one worker his name is Douglas he does not know nothing about customer service he is rude not discipline at all the guy does not know how he welcoming his T-Mobile clients he should not be here is bad look bad feel bad if you ever visit this location avoid Douglas .

The team helped fix my phone plan and get an upgrade without issues. I wasn't able to make or receive calls for a few days- a technical error that they resolved quickly on my account.

I came to the store in regards to my account billing issue, credit issue, and another rebate program in my plan. Douglas was the one who tried to help me but he does not listen to my situation at all. I tried multiple times to explain what’s the issue but he just kept on jumping to conclusion. When he reviewed my account he just brushed me off as he did not want to figure out what’s wrong with it, apparently as per Douglas “there’s so many issues” He then told me to come the next day to talk to his manager. What are they trained, and getting paid for if they are not doing the job? Time is valuable, it could have been solve right then and there instead of slacking and telling people to come the next day as he did not want to work or figure it out.
