I went to the laundry twice, the first one was fine. All right. The second time they suggested I leave the suitcase where I had the dirty clothes because it was dirty, I said that's it. That without problem.
It turns out that when I went the next day they did not give me the clothes with the suitcase that I had left... they gave me the clothes without the suitcase.
They called the person who had received me and the one who had delivered me and they indeed confirmed that they had received the clothes and the suitcase.
I then asked them how they were going to respond and they simply told me to come back tomorrow... that the manager was not there (knowing that I had my trip the next day...).
That's how it was, they didn't give me any explanation nor did they even want to respond in any way for the suitcase. While I am making the claim, another client asks them about a wallet that was forgotten, and for example, there I understand that the carelessness was the client's, but I was the one who gave the suitcase to the girl...
I do not recommend this place for this reason since the truth is that if you lose something that you gave them they will not respond to you… so be very careful

They offer a wide variety of machines but have a clean atmosphere.There are apparently two near one another and I miss took this as the original one I visited.This one was not as friendly or clean and the dryers say $0. 50 but charged me $5I'm not sure that I would go back

Too bad service and the employees have a very bad temper, I went to ask for help from this lady in the photo who is very busy talking on the phone, I told her that the machines don't work and in a very bad mood she answered that she couldn't help, that if she The scheme was bad, I had to pay again. THEY SHOULD HAVE BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE STAFF. THERE IS NO TRAINED PERSONNEL.Very bad service and the employees have very bad mood, I went to ask for help to this lady in the picture who is very busy talking on the phone, I told her that the machines were not working and in a very bad mood she answered me that she couldn't help, that if the machine was bad, I need to repay. THEY SHOULD HAVE BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE. LACK OF QUALIFIED STAFF.

Gotta give props when they are due! I always drive by this location, but had never looked it up. Rather, I was using a recommended competitor from a community listserv who was underwhelming at best for my bedding laundry needs.Stopped here today as it was on the route of my errands. Ample parking right in front, clean and calm when I walked in, and greeted by a lovely attendant at the counter.Picked up my comforter not even two hours later. The best part? It smells divine!!! That fresh laundry scent and I swear it seems softer and fluffier. Had to write a review in thanks as I drift off to a great nights sleep.

I have came here multiple times with a queen size comforter, at least 12 times. I’ve also brought vest from work on their behalf to be washed as well.Today October 19th, I came around 11:39am and dropped off the same comforter I’ve been charged $25 and the lady tried to charge me $35. Then asked me when the last time that I came and I told her I don’t know I usually bring it once a month and she told me that the lady must be new it’s $35 ma’am.I stated I just told you have came multiple times and you tell me I got the same person and she’s been giving me the same pricing for almost a year. Then tried toPull I don’t understand English. I will not be coming back and then I tried to call the manager. No one answered no replied.

The payment Method is very disappointing and the stuff members difficult to communicate plus they close the men’s restroom cos they didn’t want to clean it waiting more than 2 hours with using this is unfair it’s time to find another location

Bad. Don’t waste your time coming here… Machines turn off mid cycle. I suppose it’s time to find a new laundromat ? Very Disappointed

This place leaves a lot to be desired, the machines don't dry and the employees who are there only say that it's not their fault that they can't do anything and that we have to put the coins back in.This place is terribly service, machines not working properly and girls working in say that they can't help with the problem so you have to repay again if you want the service I hope never come back here again is many more loundrysaround with better service

I had issues here with Apple Pay on 10/24 after I made the payment on the they said the system is not working for Apple Pay but I got charged and no refund. Today I ask about the refund no solution just argued me is not in the system if the system is down how it’s going to be on the system smh.

Did wash and fold, a bit expensive it worth it. Quick turnaround 24 hours and had 5 large bags or clothes. folded so neatly no confusion when pick up. thank you
