Worst customer service! Dont take your car there, they will ruin your car, and on top of everything once they ruin your car, they will try to tell you that is tottaly normal.

The Filipino tech tried to charge me $80 to change one light bulb on my car. I think that was outrageous. I went somewhere else and got it done for $30 shame on Sunoco gas station worker.

Very nice and honest my tire was leaking air I went there one of them was hussain came and asked and i told him I am getting late from my job and shop in side was busy and he put my car outside and he ask me for wheel lock key and I didn't have it without wheel lock key to open tire is so difficult but still he did it .it was freezing cold outsideAll of them Peter,Naveed specifically Hussain they are best.I don't know some people if they have some problem on there car and inspectionFail they not understand and not happy.

Took the car to fix the bumper, not only damaged my other parts but insisted I needed to pay extra to fix the part that THEY damaged. Can’t believe this, never coming back.

Very impressed with the service level and quality at this Sunoco garage. Hussain made my car inspection/emission test very pleasant - proactively figuring out changes necessary to meet standard (the vehicle's been out of VA for a few years) and going out of his way to find and inform me of what was required. I hadn't expected this part of my car's re-introduction to VA to go as smoothly or as pleasantly as it did. Great job, and thanks for the assist.

I have been a customer for last 18years I live in Centreville all the way I go to this shop. Naveed is my most trust worthy person very professional decent always gives me right suggestions about my car never overcharges me. Peter and Hussain they are also very nice always helpful. Keep it up

Do not go here these people scam women made me wait in line for a hour to try an charge me 75 dollars for a oil change on a car that ain’t foreign I also asked for him to check my tires he didn’t he put air in the tires and said it cost 30 dollars to check the tires THEY ARE LAZY AND DISCRIMINATE AGAINST WOMEN

Bad experience with Peter DeLeon, mechanic.I visited this location because I needed some air in my tires. Peter was on the main floor/area of work while eating so I first apologized and asked if I can get some help with my tires. I even offered to pay since it’s not their job.The only reason I approached them was because the air pump had no hose. He responded by saying, “I am having lunch. Give me 5 to 10min. to put the hose back in its place.” His tone was somewhat aggressive for just a question. He clearly didn’t want to be bothered. If he was having lunch or on break he should not be on the main floor.Also, why is the hose not where it belongs? That’s an inconvenience for us, customers. And when asked, I am told to wait 5 to 10min! How is this possible?I, then, spoke to him in Spanish. Saying that was not very kind of him or customer friendly like. He got very upset, raised his voice and pretty much told me to leave. He was screaming saying “I was going to help you. Don’t you see me eating lunch. I said 5 min. Leave then.”I spoke to the front desk attendant. He got my contact information and indicated that the owner/general manager will be contacting me.I work in customer service and deal with people daily. I am a supervisor and would NOT allow my employees to eat on the main floor, specially if they are NOT on the clock. Additionally, why is the hose missing? It is for customers to use it. And why wait 5 to 10min for you to put it back on when it actually belongs outside, in the air pump. It is for sure an inconvenience.My apologies for this long review.It is not right for a customer service rep/mechanic to be rude, unkind and disrespectful.
