The staff at Yates always take great care of my car . There's reason why they have been around so long ! Professional, courteous, and they keep you updated with repairs . I have been going to them for years !

I brought my car in for a State inspection. They don't do appointments so I just showed up at 1 pm. I was told it would take an hour, but it only took 20 minutes. :) All of the staff I spoke with were respectful and efficient.

I brought my car in for service and the quote I received seemed very high so I got other opinions and for the same exact diagnosis at other shops Yates prices was 125% higher. Take your car anywhere else in the area!

Quick and friendly service for a reasonable price. When moving to VA I brought both mine and my wife's vehicles to Yates for inspections and emissions testing. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and had me in and out quickly both times.

Wouldn't recommend to save my life. Went in for a state inspection, they failed me and tried to charge me $200 to change a lightbulb. In what world do we live in will we charge people $200 to change a freaking lightbulb and you make up some lies about when you're closing and to come back if you change the lightbulb . Magically I found somebody else to do both jobs for half the price and half the hassle. Don't waste your time with Dwayne, Scott, KRIS they will get you for everything they got if you let them. One told me to go down the road the get bulbs cheaper. After I did they were closing. they didn't even try to make things right they just said come back another day and try again.

$6,000 in auto air conditioning repairs with 3 attempts to fix. Totally incompetent! Kicked it out the door twice while still not functioning

The Yates Signature Detail yielded great results and exceeded expectations. It turned my nearly 10 year old car into showroom condition. The "new car" smell was not overpowering at all. The $249 cost was well worth the value and eight hours of detailing work.
