They always do a great job. The owners and staff are very polite and friendly. The clothes come back perfect. My shirts are always perfectly pressed and ready for wear. If you leave items in your pockets they are great about bagging them and including them with your pick up. I also used their seamstress to repair my favorite hoody that was showing wear and tear after almost 20 years. She repaired every single rip and tear no matter how small. (She also thought I was crazy to be willing to pay so much for the repair. Hey, it’s a great piece of gear. It has sentimental value so I was willing to pay.) It came back ready for the next decade of wear!!

Horrible Dry Cleaners! Do not take your dry cleaning to this business! It ruined a fairly new $400.00 raincoat. I've been taking my cleaning to this dry cleaners for several months, and in that time have given them significant business. In addition to taking in clothing items, we've also have had king size bread spreads and comforters cleaned, so our dry cleaning bills are usually significant. Unfortunately, I didn't look over the coat when I picked it up, otherwise I would have addressed the issues with the dry cleaning at that time. The coat they ruined appears to have been washed instead of dry cleaned. I've had it dry cleaned before and the material has never come back the way it did after this cleaning, faded and wrinkled. The coat no longer repels water after the cleaning, which was not the case before I took it into this dry cleaners. In addition, the buttons on the coat were either broken or missing! The jacket went into the cleaners looking new, without any damage, and with all the buttons intact. When I went in with the jacket a few days after picking it up to explain my concerns in a courteous, polite and calm manner, the male owner aggressively told me that the state of the jacket after the cleaning was not their concern. He was aggressive, rude, dismissive and his wife who intervened was also aggressive, rude and dismissive. I asked what they were going to do to remedy the situation, and her response was "nothing." There was no offer to repair the buttons or even refund the cleaning, which is the least that should have been offered. It's astonishing that this business feels that it can be rude to its customers and get away with ruining its customers' clothing without offering any recompense. Since suing for $400.00 is not worth the time, money or effort, I'm filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. This business should not be able to damage their customers' property and also take their money!

Do not take your valuable garments to this establishment. They are not careful and left chemicals on my dress which left a burn like mark (where there wasn't one before). This is not my normal cleaners but I was in the area. Don't waste your time or money here!!!

I've used this drycleaner several times but I think it's time for me to find a new drycleaner. I've been satisfied with their work, nothing special, but they get the job done. I do think they're a bit expensive, but I get the feeling their price is determined by how much money they think you have. I called and asked the price for a basic hem for slacks, I was told $18 each. I brought in 2 pair of slacks to be hemmed and they charged me $38 each. I said Thanks but No Thanks and asked for my items back at which time I was told they could do each for $20, so I left my items to be hemmed. I received a call later that evening saying they made a mistake and it would be $28 each. Again, I said Thanks, but No Thanks and that I would pick my slacks up the next day. When I returned for my things, they hemmed my pants and honored what they charged me, $20 each, but the owner was not pleasant as she had been during my previous visits. I'm okay with a company providing quality work and hence, being a bit more expensive. I don't like companies that price gouge, which I believe they're doing.

These folks are great. They remember your name, remember when you like to come back (tomorrow, whatever is normal for you), and bring your stuff out to you if you need help. They may be slightly more expensive than other options, but that's because it's a drive through in a very convenient location. I've been using them for more than 5 years.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Avoid at all cost! The owners are very rude and did not handle my items with care. I also found lint and thread all over my "dry cleaned" clothes.

I really wish I had read the reviews before trusting this dry cleaner. I'm a first-time (and last-) customer. I brought in an outfit for alterations and dry cleaning. The price for service was exorbitant ($50 to take in a skirt and dry clean two pieces), poorly done and not ready in a timely manner. While the first set of alterations were being corrected, I noticed that the skirt needed to be hemmed (something that the tailor should have see from the beginning). When I returned to pick up my items, they had tacked on an additional $48 just to hem the skirt!!! I was livid. This is something I could have done in 30 minutes - by hand!I will not do business with people who don't post prices again. I feel strongly that this shop just decided to rip me off. Bad business!

I have gone to this dry cleaner a few times as it is convenient, people seemed nice, and the hours are great. I haven’t had any problems until today. I picked up my items this morning, although the clerk told me that I was a bit early and should have come after 5:00pm- that’s on me- but said these things while handing me my items. He didn’t say anything negative/ that they didn’t get to finish and I paid. When I got home and took my stuff out of the bag, my jacket was NOT cleaned. I tried calling and was told, “they couldn’t fix it,” but it’s not a stain- it was just a little dirt on top of the coat. If the item was machine washable, I would have just thrown it in the wash myself. I was able to wipe it out with a rag easily. The coat also still had dog hair on it (I get that there might still be some, but see the pictures). If the items weren’t ready, he could have easily told me and I would have come back later/ the next day. In the past I arrived on time (not early) and the item wasn’t ready and I didn’t mind/ just came back the following day.The pictures are straight of the bag. I won’t be back and I advise checking your stuff before paying as I paid almost $20 for a jacket and belt to be cleaned that were not. I don’t leave negative reviews lightly - especially for a local business- but I called them directly and was dismissed.

I took in 2 pairs of women's slacks with elastic.. I needed the elastic replaced. The tailor quoted the price of 25.00 a pair. I assumed he did not want my business. I am African American. Not professional or customer friendly to me. Will not use this business again. And mind you I am a size 5!

Do not take your business here.I took a white knit sweater in to have one stain removed. Not only did the stain not come out, they actually damaged the threading on the sweater and introduced two new stains (looks like coffee or tea) on another part of the sweater.When I pointed out that the stain was still there and that the threading was now damaged in that area they said "it is much better we tried three times to remove it and we have a policy that we only try three times." They also claimed that the threading is not damaged and kept insisting that the ripped threading that we were both looking at was "not damaged." They made the problem worse and did not even offer a refund.

By far - the best cleaners in the region. Very attentive to details and excellent follow through on all requests. Clothes always come out crisp and clean (never even lost a button). They’ve taken out stains I thought were hopeless! The tailor is solid - everything we’ve had altered is perfect. Treat us like family... 100% recommend!Service: Alterations
