I wish I could give the zero stars that this complex deserves. If you’re thinking about moving to Stoneridge or any Morgan property, DO NOT. This place is an absolute joke. The amenities fee that they’ve included in rent is ridiculous considering the fact that barely anyone uses them since they do not work! The machines in the Gym are always out of order. The workers in the leasing office are HIGHLY unprofessional and disregard their NON-HISPANIC residents. Last week Wednesday the pest control people came to do an inspection. My mother was quite skeptical on them entering our place because she’s familiar with most pest control companies coming in and leaving bedbugs in the house so that they’ll gain more business. We have NEVER and I mean NEVER had bed bugs in any complex we’ve moved into because we keep our home nice and clean. Today (9/24/24) my mother found a bed bug in her room (which was the only room she allowed them to inspect) and as she suspected, there was a bed bug on the wall about to make it to my room before she caught it. This is absolutely not okay!!!! We should be able to feel comfortable living in a place that’s paid for with hard earned money. I am appalled and now worry some that the inspector may have left more in our place.
Two weeks ago (9/9/24) my toilet overflowed and the bathroom began to flood. I called the office hoping they would send down maintenance to help fix the issue, not only did they not send maintenance they lied about it being on the way. The employees in the leasing office only give urgency to hispanic residents due to the fact that there is no language barrier so they show favoritism, which is unacceptable.

Alot of roaches and mice inside the apartments. No cleanliness and the maintenance service is very poor. Not recommended at all !!!

This the worst experience in an apartment complex. I moved in on July 29th First, they changed my unit four days before my move, having already signed a contract with the first unit, second, they gave me a dirty apartment with many problems. I have made at least ten maintenance requests and most of them have not been fixed, the maintenance It's terrible, the air conditioning vents were completely dirty and they told me that it's not their problem that I should clean them, I don't know what kind of company give a dirty apartment and asks the new tenant to clean it? The kitchen reeks of mice, the window blinds are old and dirty, I asked them to change them and they say they don't change them, the balcony was terribly dirty, I asked them to paint it and they did it but they did it wrong, now the paint is peeling off, today I went to the resident services office and the woman at the front desk was rude and raised her voice at me saying that I had to go to the leasing office to file those complaints and when I went to the leasing office they sent me to the Resident service, because I am already a resident, I don't think they even know what customer service means. Parking is almost impossible to find one since the vast majority are reserved and you have to pay for them. The hallways and stairs of the building remain dirty, no one has cleaned them since I lived here. Terrible experience for the same price there are much better options.
