The sweetest woman helped me get an account set up today so I could start earning points with each purchase. She had a great attitude and was incredibly patient. I didn’t catch her name, but she had pink glasses.

I went in last minute to have menus for a Friendsgiving printed. Q was so kind enough to assist me around his current workload. He made sure they were printed to satisfaction: quality, color, size. He was very helpful, I would trust them again with my printing needs.

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with the experience I had at your Staples store. On 7/7/23, I visited the store to return an unopened printer and ink that I had purchased. I would like to bring to your attention the unprofessional behavior and treatment I received from one of your cashiers, whose name I did not manage to obtain but whose cashier number is 1979258, and another associate named Ethan.Upon reaching the cashier counter, I was asked why I was returning the items. I politely explained that I no longer needed them and that the box remained unopened. However, I was in a hurry at the time and did not wish to engage in a lengthy conversation. To my astonishment, the cashier gave me a disapproving look, as if I had committed a wrongdoing by attempting to return the printer. He then proceeded to meticulously examine my receipt, only to inform me that I would not receive a cash return due to your store's policy.As a long-time customer of Staples, I was well aware that this was not the case. I politely challenged the cashier's decision and requested him to contact his manager to clarify the situation. Finally, after consulting with the manager, it was confirmed that I was entitled to a cash return. However, rather than resolving the matter promptly, another associate named Ethan joined the conversation and began questioning me about my purchase from another store and the reason behind my return. The accusatory tone, smirks, and subtle insinuations I perceived from Ethan made me feel unjustly treated and humiliated.I want to emphasize that I have been a loyal customer of Staples for an extensive period, and I have never engaged in any dishonest or fraudulent behavior. The treatment I received from your cashier and associate was unwarranted, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect, courtesy, and fairness, regardless of the circumstances.I strongly urge you to address this matter promptly and take appropriate action to ensure that incidents like this are not repeated in the future. Your staff should undergo thorough training to improve their customer service skills, including handling returns professionally, treating customers with respect, and avoiding any prejudiced assumptions or accusations. It is crucial for your employees to understand the impact their behavior can have on customer satisfaction and the reputation of your store.In light of this disappointing experience, I request a formal apology from your store for the treatment I received. Additionally, I kindly ask for your assurance that the necessary steps will be taken to prevent such incidents from occurring again. I believe that by addressing this issue promptly, you will not only retain a loyal customer but also improve the overall shopping experience at your store.

Just another Staples. I've never seen this place busy yet it remains in business. Its stock full of things that old people use: pens, paper, and fax machines! Anyways, the staff is helpful while frequently milling about the place restocking the full shelves. I find the cashiers here are slow all year round for some reason. Like if you stay in line you'll buy more stuff or feel good about not ordering online.

This store deserves zero star. I went to this location because it was the only location with the printer I was looking for. I went in and my spouse asked this Indian associate if they had it in stock and he quickly said “No, maybe In the back or in the trailer or something.” he didn’t bother checking. Instead we walked around the whole store and found the last two. We proceeded to check out and I asked the associate if they price matched and she said yes. I showed her the proof and she then called over the other associate “the lazy Indian” and I showed him and he said they couldn’t price match endless it’s from Amazon. I showed him two proofs one from amazon and one from the manufacture. Both of whom are selling the exact same printer for cheaper. I also showed him the “100% price match guarantee” from the STAPLES website and he was in denial and refused to price match. I went ahead and left the printer right there and walked out. You can’t advertise something and not comply with it. 100% unacceptable. I will no longer be returning to this location and staples should not hire lazy unprofessionals!

This is the best Staples hands down! I literally drive 10 miles out of my way to bring my packages to this location. Because I mail stuff quite frequently through UPS it's refreshing to be greeted with a smile and an eagerness to help! Marquetta is the associate I have had the pleasure of working with the most. She is efficient, patient and friendly-such a rarity into today's fast past world. I don't post reviews often but am so pleased with this location that I felt it necessary. Would give it more stars if I could!

This Staples location has most of the things that I need! Just wish that they stock on journals other than Moleskine, and preferably, a wider selection of name tags. Also, customer service could be a little better. For example, the workers could provide better instructions on how to find certain items. Or even better, just walk the customers over to where the items are located.

Worst customer service at the print counter here that I have experienced at a Staples: slow and unhelpful. On top of this, I discovered that Staples no longer provides free copied and lamination of COVID vaccination cards. A doubly disappointing visit.
